Fantastic Hotel

Great hotel, brilliantly located right by Tower Hill tube. Made to feel so welcome on arrival and was given one of the newly refurbished rooms on the top floor. Made an excellent base for our theatre trip in Haymarket and evening meal just across the river. lovely comfy bed and a shower you won't want to get out of! Breakfast in Keepers was amazing, a massive selection and all so hot and fresh. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Great location for family stay in London.

Being located just inside the business district, it was nice to return to a quieter area in the evening after mingling amongst droves of sightseeres. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help. Bartender, Danielle was exceptional and made us feel very welcome.

Nice hotel but

We ordered dinner at the restaurant but staff forgot to attend to us until almost an hour later when we called a waiter over to ask about the meal we ordered. We got the meals but not impressed that we had been forgotten. I paid for a room for two people yet there was only one bath towel, one robe & 1 slippers in the room. We stayed two nights and normally the room is cleaned by the afternoon, next day but on day two, the room was left without fresh bath towels and soap until my partner who returned later in the day, asked about it. He had to ask again until around 5pm staff came with a Hoover and restocked the sink with washing products. I know it's the Christmas season and hotels are busy this time of year, but Novotel should know

Excellent location for Tower Bridge

Modern, friendly and spot less hotel. Excellent location for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Two min tire walk to any of the Hop on, Hop Off Bus stops. Fantastic breakfast and extremely friendly staff.

Fantastic Hotel

The hotel is very close to underground, lots of eating places to chose from and sightseeing attractions in only a few minutes walk. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location but minimal other benefits.

Positive: good location and clean room. Negatives: construction going on in hotel with noise all day long, tired breakfast especially for a week's stay, lousy temp control - room was too hot for a whole week, no concierge service, no Sky sports on cheap cable package.

Tower of London Sleeper

Room was small by USA standards, but more then adequate. A ew steps from Tube and only a few more to Tower of London. Best part is the restaurant. Great, and I mean, great breakfast. Drinks are reasonable through day and food was pretty good for dinner and lunch. Great choice to make.

Nice modern hotel

Rooms are modern and fitted out well. Keepers bar and restaurant is a trendy and relaxing place to eat and drink. One of the lifts was out of service which did cause problems as one lift isn't enough to cope with the amount of guests. Location is good. Plenty to do nearby.

Renovations

Pros: GREAT LOCATION
This is the second time I have stayed at the Novatel Tower Bridge. I am due to go back to London in the spring and WILL NOT stay at the Novatel if there is any renovations in progress. It seems that the staff placed me in a room in which they were working on the room above me. THE NOISE WAS HORRIFIC. If I had known about the reno, would not have stayed there. If they are still working in the spring WILL NOT stay there again.
