Nice hotel but

We ordered dinner at the restaurant but staff forgot to attend to us until almost an hour later when we called a waiter over to ask about the meal we ordered. We got the meals but not impressed that we had been forgotten.
I paid for a room for two people yet there was only one bath towel, one robe & 1 slippers in the room.
We stayed two nights and normally the room is cleaned by the afternoon, next day but on day two, the room was left without fresh bath towels and soap until my partner who returned later in the day, asked about it. He had to ask again until around 5pm staff came with a Hoover and restocked the sink with washing products.
I know it's the Christmas season and hotels are busy this time of year, but Novotel should know
