Although the hotel is located a little away from everything, it was close to where we needed to be so worked well It was great to have a carpark with EV charging, although the price was quite steep The room was very big and clean and the only issue was one of the USB ports didnt work, but not the end of the world

This hotel checked all the boxes- spacious and comfortable room, great location with attractions within walking distance (close to Big Ben and London Eye), near the Tube, can walk to Buckingham Palace. Breakfast was very good and affordable, refillable water dispenser with glass container.

We would stay there again. It is a little removed from sites but reasonably priced. We enjoyed the restaurant. There were a couple of cafes nearby. Transportation was about a half mile away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait until we can go back! Don't forget your universal outlet adapter if you're coming from the US.
