Good locationPosted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Location for public transport options, as well as free parking
Cons: Basic cereals at breakfast - eg Cornflakes
Location: A few minutes walk from West Drayton railway station. Bus stops nearby. On main road with local shops and cafes.
Good: location; secure, off road parking; friendly, helpful staff; en-suite. OK: firm bed. Bad: steep stairs.

Fantastic! Patricia and Tom were excellent hosts. The best place for staying near Heathrow. Information prior to arrival was very helpful. If you haven't had to navigate UK travel, let these folks help make your trip a breeze. Thanks again!

Such hospitalityPosted Jun 29, 2015 on Hotels
My daughter and I met in London for vacation. She, however, was arriving one day earlier than me, so we chose a place near Heathrow. I was worried having her arrive in a city that she's never been to all alone! Patricia and Phillip took such good care of her and even emailed me letting me know she arrived safely! Invaluable to me!!

I'd stay there again for sure. Great deal!Posted Jun 25, 2015 on Hotels
Really great location close to the airport and Winsor castle along with a few other attractions. Super friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room. Good to have wifi throughout the hotel also which can be hard to find.

The only one good is its friendly staffPosted May 18, 2015
Cons: no need to remind people with their checkout times, no need to knock the door more than once before 10 am to remind them to leave as they know it
Location: Aweful location for a tourist and even a night stay close to heathrow, stores near by but no POI
The only one good advantage I found is its nice staff and good breakfast. Get prepared from 9:30 am for the door to be knocked and could be simply opened to remind you that you have to leave at 10 am, thankfully they reminded me twice between 9:30 and 10 ,, they asked me to leave at nearly 9:50 am, they were polite but I was not happy with the idea of reminding you to leave earlier than checkout time The room is tooooooo small but for me it was enough, there was a lot of noise everywhere, a lot of people all over the place and you can feel like they are walking through your head while sleeping The place is not good at all as it is quite far away from heathrow airport and any other POI If you intend to stay there just follow the excellent instructions being sent to you by the hotel's staff
