Generally OK, room was rather warm at check in, with curtains closed. Air con took some working to get the system to cool rather than heat. On waking up in the morning there was no hot water in the room. Didn't get a chance to get it rectified as I had to leave promptly after a decent breakfast.

This hotel we booked late it proved to be an excellent choice.the check in staff were brilliant.the bar staff were excellent the restaurant food was very good and not overpriced.breakfast was good.all in all a very good hotel well situated all the staff were 5 star couldnt fault it

The room that we stayed in had pipes in the sealing. I when you looked up at the pipes it was extremely dirty. I was woken up by staff who were cleaning at 7 am due to them vacuuming.

1st offered room didn't have any windows, the 2nd room was noisy (opposite lift) and had a noise of working air-conditioning for the building, which was off only from midnight to 6am. Room fridge didn't work, fixed the next day after request. Otherwise would be a good stay.

Okay but staff is rude
Okay stay. However staff were rude on the day of checkout. Unnecessary knocks on the door every 5 mins when we had spoken to reception we were packing up and about to leave and it was still the morning. They had no decency to ask politely. Duty manager was rude. The overall stay was okay but I won’t be coming back

There was no luggage storage when I arrived but Maria at the desk was kind enough to offer an early check in. But overall this hotel needs an update as the carpet in the hallways and rooms and the condition of my room had a lot of wear and tear over the years!! Also there was no hot water in my room. It was only a one night stay so it was all bearable. But as someone who travels to London 2-3 times a year I will not be returning here.

This hotel will not hold your luggage. If you fly overnight and arrive in the morning, they will have you towing your bags around London until their 3pm checkin. This is a poor hotel policy and one of the reasons I won’t go back. Lots to choose from in London. Find someplace more accommodating to their guests.

Maria was responsive, helpful, and delightful. She is the shining star of the property. However, the king sized bed was not a king bed. It was two twin mattresses pushed together with a sheet over the top. So you felt the crack the entire night. When we booked, the info said the hotel offers luggage storage. However they said they no longer offered this despite this being advertised when we booked. Had I known about these things, I wouldn’t have stayed here. It was very difficult to get additional towels.

Out seventh and last stay here. No smile or welcome on arrival. Property now tired with a stained carpet in the bedroom and poorly cleaned bathroom. Incredibly, for a supposed 4 star hotel, they will not store your case, for the day after checkout, yet this is still advertised as a service on various booking websites. Had to pay £13 to leave it in a corner shop down the road. Not enough room, apparently - even though, on all previous visits this had not been an issue. The manager hid behind head office edict, which was poor. On returning to the hotel, late of an evening, the front desk was unmanned and we entered unchallenged - we could have been criminals, for all they cared. The concierge, always so polite in the past, appears to have been axed. Laughably, the manager remained insistent that they value their customers. Pull the other one. This hotel has deteriorated rapidly. One to avoid.

Premier inn is better.
Walking in, nice. Location is fab so close to Earls Court underground. The corridors are so cramped. The carpets are filthy. Our room was ground level yet to get to our room we had to walk up stairs to walk back down? The headboard was squeeky, the tv remote didnt work and the room service menu was a barcode you had to scan, which also didnt work. Our view was bricks. We had a slight balcony with a table yet no door or anyway to access it. The table was covered in bird droppings and it just was not nice. The pillows had covers on them but no pillow protectors. Our pillows had dried blood on them and was stained with sweat. Check out is at 11 but you can stay until 12 for free. We were getting ready to leave and at 11:07 we had a phonecall from reception telling us that check out was at 11 so we should be out (???) For the price we pay per night, and it being a 4 star, this is WAY below my expections. You would get working appliances, cleaner carpets and bedsheets and more space in a premier inn. The good reviews are bogus. Dont do it.

We got a room in the basement, under ground level, which is not my favourite at all. They said the hotel was fully booked, and "upgraded" us to a larger room in the basement because of it. Not really an upgrade to me, and the window looked straight at the next room only 2 metres away. The mini fridge did not work at all. Bed was ok, but not the best matress
