The hotel was great location for walking distance to bin ben, London Eye and if you like to explore you can walk to the Palace and also to the Tower Bridge, good size of the hotel, needs some deep cleaning and remove the mold from the caulking in the shower

Hotel was very close to all London highlights. The problem is there are to Park Plaza and Uber and Taxi always pickup and drop off on the wrong hotel and we hav to cross the street if the driver is not willing to go to the other side.

Great hotel in a fun area of London! Walkable to plenty of great restaraunts! You can walk to the Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and other great attractions!

The staff was Amazing!! Each morning and evening my son was greeted with a special gift. The hotel staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel staff and service were excellent especially the breakfast staff. I recommend getting the breakfast option so you can get a head start on your day. The breakfast food choices were more than adequate, staff was courteous, the room is clean but tight, the bathroom is decent but there’s no exhaust fan, location is very good and safe, fyi when choosing the room there’s the city view and the London eye view which are different. Overall it’s a very good option in London.

The wonderful staff is what makes this place stands out. I wish I got their names but we had a couple of incredible front desk people that helped us with check in on the day of arrival, and also throughout our stay. We wish to thank those two incredible staff members for making our stay comfortable.

Great location and great room. Could not imagine a better room. Very pleased with everything... absolutely everything. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. I had a special request for my 20 yr anniversary, and staff greatly assisted- very pleased! The one and only downfall the Mrs. and I noticed, -hope i do not offend anyone- when we asked questions about locations, restaurants, the area etc. it was not understood due to the level of staff who are obviously not locals. I tried a few times to talk to the staff on hand and no one could understand the simple questions asked so we asked people who were outside of the hotel. Aside from language barrier (odd for UK) everything was just great! really it was great.

The location of the property is convenient. We were traveling with 2 small children and received earlier check in which was appreciated. We were not offered a room up grade....we had a Double bed room and a pull out couch which was not comfortable at all for adults. The staff is not overly friendly at all. We had to ask for our garbage to be cleared on 3 separate occasions and requested garbage bags which never arrived. We had coffee and complimentary water on the first 2 days but there were never replenished for our remaining 8 days. Our dining experiences were fine but breakfast buffet in far too expensive for children - We were charged $25 pounds per child? That was ridiculous. We love London but would not return to this property. Perhaps we were the unfortunate unlucky ones this visit to this location.

Good location very close to the Waterloo station where you can get London Underground and Trains. Also walking distance to Big Ben and other London sights. The property is kids friendly and the breakfast was great with lots of options. Didn’t get a nice view but hopefully some other time. The checkin and checkout was a breeze. We arrived earlier than check in time and they were able to give us a room to settle in.

Nice clean hotel, but if I had to come back I would stay at the Park Plaza directly across the street. If you are looking for a nice, quite hotel this one is great. If you want more food options and a larger bar area, the one across the street is better.

Despite asking on numerous occasions, housekeeping did not make up rooms until at least 2-3pm every day. Good hotel if you have all day plans. Not for long term guests who want to come and go. Won’t stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect location and provided easy access to the tube, Westminster, many shops and restaurants. The fitness area was great as was the daily breakfast.

The staff here were kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early after our red eye. When we asked for a fan, it arrived within minutes. Hotel is in a very convenient area

I stayed in a room on the 13th floor for a business event. The staff were polite and courteous, however the shower handle was broken so had the joys of a freezing cold, or boiling hot shower, with a shower head that was missing most of its working nozzle’s. I’m assuming the building is scheduled for a refurb soon though. Great view and location if you’re sight seeing though, but not the best if staying for business with an eye on any value for money.

Excellent stay, staff attentive and professional. Two highlighted on check in and out. Check in was quick and straightforward, with acknowledgment of my experience. Check out offered an umbrella to help with the rain. Nice personal touch. Hotel really central, clean and tidy. Food well presented.
