Good and bad Good Clean, nice, good mattress, good sheets, good bathroom, good TV, good towels and robes, Good front desk, next to underground station one train and your in downtown, there is Tim Horton very close to hotel. Coffee machine, instant coffee. Bad No microwave Sewer smells Room is super hot One shower and the floor flooded, we lost the benny and baby pillow mist likely in the room during house keeping!

Park Plaza always delivers the same high standards wherever you go - room, breakfast, cleanliness, staff - are always excellent. In this case the Park Royal is a lot cheaper than it’s cousins in the Waterloo area because frankly it’s built in a dump of an area by the Westway. Mainly light industry, car dealerships and tower blocks. If you have to work round there or you’re looking for 4 star luxury at 3 star prices then fine
