Great location, great staff, good amenities. We were a family of four and enjoyed our hotel. Complimentary umbrellas and apples were a highlight. Would be good to have a laundry nearby. The bar was great too.

Great location, nice staff, good roomsPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Beds, cleanliness, staff, location
Cons: Extra beds as beds and not folding beds.
Location: Hotel in Baker Street, close to Oxford street, tube station, madam Tussaud, Sherlock Holmes museum. Lots of good restaurant nearby
Location is excellent, walking distance from Oxford street and tube station nearby. Great choice of restaurants and cafes, shops. Room was a decent size and very clean. We stayed in a studio room for 4. The 2 extra folding beds were not that comfortable for teenagers. The double bed was huge and very comfy. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, £15 is a bit steep for breakfast. There is a great choice of cafes outside where you can eat for £7. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND STAFF. SUB-STANDARD ROOMSPosted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: The location and the helpfulness of the staff. Excellent guest computer room and business working rooms.
Cons: The rooms are not appointed well. Every room is different with no consistency. in furnishings. No bathtubs only showers
Location: Trafalgar Square - walking distance to almost everything
The location is excellent but the rooms are appointed very poorly and are EXTREMELY variable in quality. I booked a superior room and the first room that I was presented with had a view from my bed into a close-by alleyway to another window literally 7 feet away. Obviously unacceptable. The second room that I was presented with had no drawers or shelving to store anything at all. Obviously living out of one's suitcase is unacceptable for anything above a Hostel. Finally I was given a room that had some sun, did not look into someone else's bedroom and had some drawers and shelving for my 7 day stay. Americans used to the standardization and consistent levels of expected quality in American hotel rooms should be aware that this is not the case here. Every room is literally different and differently appointed and Hotel staff claims that they are unaware of what exactly is in each room. All credit goes to Susanna who went with me to different rooms until we found one acceptable. The staff are universally helpful but the rooms themselves are outdated. My bathroom had a constant irritating mildew smell but after two room changes I was not going to risk another. Room furniture is of mediocre quality and is what one might expect in a lower quality Days Inn. No bathtub only showers. If you are staying for only a few days and not carrying a great deal of luggage then the location here can not be beat however it is not the most comfortable place for an extended stay.

The hotel staff were excellentPosted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Staff helpfulness and care.
Location: close to Oxford Street for shopping. Regents Park nearby.
All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean, it was compact and only complaint would be that room could have been a bit bigger, fine for 1 person.

Perfect Access to Marylebone StationPosted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: The staff was outstanding...so nice and so helpful. The location terrific for access to a lot of places.
Cons: The regular rooms are very cramped. Beds were average, could be more comfortable.
Location: Fantastic location. Near Madame Tussards and Marylebone station.
Stayed here with my family so I could have easy access to Marylebone station for work purposes and my family could be in central London. The hotel staff is outstanding...very helpful in every way. The location terrific...plenty in walking distance including Madame Tussards and little restaurants. The rooms were modern and well equipped with a good amenities program. We were in two rooms and one was very spacious and the other quite cramped for two people. I liked the hotel and would stay here again on business, but would recommend booking larger rooms if traveling with another person (or two).

Turns out the dinner I was attending was at this hotel, so for a last minute booking the result was brilliant. Would recommend it.
