Pros: Staff are very helpful. Location is amazing. Very close to the underground and walking distance from the park and some attractions
Cons: Bathroom shower is too small
Location: Next door to Tesco, many places to get quick food from couple of steps away. Madam Tussauds just across the street.
I love the location. I have been to this hotel before and would go to it again. Nice experience overall.

SO Wonderful hotel

Pros: Location, Staff, the coziness of it
Location: So many bus stops, baker station just three minutes aways. maryleborn station is just 10 minutes away. Oxford St 15 min walk
I have extended my stay two times in this hotel, they r so welcoming and so hopeful to what ever I ask for.

Cons: Slowly upgrading the rooms. If possible as for one that has already been refurbished.
A great location near Baker Street, 10 minute walk to oxford street. Marylebone high street has some great bars and eateries!

Great hotel in the heart of london

Great hotel with very welcoming staff. Great location, walking distance to Oxford street, Hyde park, madame tussaud and underground station with multiple lines. Excellent breakfast.

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel nahe Metro

Pros: Zimmer schön groß. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Badewanne ist mit 2 Duschköpfen ausgestattet (ein fix montierter und eine lose Handdusche) --> perfekt!
Cons: Eventuell noch ein Handgriff an der offenen Badewannenseite. Ansonsten gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen.
Location: Vom Hotel zur MetroStation BakerStreet sind es max. 150 Meter. Auf dem Weg sind ganz praktisch ein kleiner 24-Std-Supermarkt und kleine Restaurants.
Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis paßt perfekt. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, hat eine Bar, man könnte dort auch gleich etwas essen - und das Frühstück ist umfangreicht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Angenehm ist auch, daß auf dem kurzen Weg zur Metro ein kleiner 24-Std-Supermarkt und einige kleine Restaurants, Kaffees und auch ein kleiner Sushi-Laden sind. Neben der Metro-Station ist auch direkt dann Madam Tussaud. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - und es war sauber und ruhig. Das Bad ist sehr neu und die Badewanne mit Dusche schön geräumig und das Wasser ist nirgends herausgelaufen, was ja leider in vielen anderen Hotels der Fall ist. Rundum --> alles perfekt.

A brief two day stay to relax in London

Pros: Location. Informality
Cons: Service around coffee time in the morning of the hotel in the bar could be better - understaffed at this time I think
Location: Good location - Slightly north of West End but close to Regents Park and good central base for Oxford Street
Bedroom excellent. Basic upgrade above standard bedrooms much better than standard rooms where we stayed a few years ago. Relaxed atmosphere in hotel Friendly reception and bar staff

Not up to Park Plaza standard

Have stayed many times in Park Plaza hotels which have been excellent. Very disappointed with Sherlock Holmes. Definitely in need of a face lift. Room very tired looking, furniture scuffed and overpriced. Air conditioning/ heating did not work. Would not stay again
