Mostly a good experience with minor annoyances.

Beds are comfy, the service was inconsistent depending on who you encounter. If you go to the bar, see Patricia, helpful, accommodating and pleasant! The on premise Italian restaurant was fantastic, tapas style. The location was pretty awesome, grocery store, Sandwhich/coffee shop, liquor store, all minutes away. Some good restaurants close by, Victoria Station and Apollo theater, 5 min walk. Close enough to walk to London Eye area, approx 1.5 miles away. Housekeeping would leave my dirty dishes with curdled cream in it, didn't restock the mini bar daily and WORST of all, didn't restock my coffee most of the entire trip, (Wednesday to Monday) or would finally refill the coffee but not the hot chocolate, (my 10 year old was with me) or not restock the cream. PRETTY annoying. At check in, I was standing in line behind 1 other person, when the attendant finished with her, she disappeared through a door, let me know nothing, so I stood there like I was "next" in line for a good 5 mins, finally realized, umm, I guess she's not coming back, and then jumped in the only other line behind 4 other people checking in. I thought that was senseless.
