Excellent hotel and location

Posted Feb 16, 2017
From the moment we got to the hotel it was impressive. The concierge and the reception staff were friendly and helpfu making the check in process very quick and painless. We had a superior room that was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The room was large and split into two areas consisting of a lounge with sofa and tv, a short corridor, off which the bathroom was situated, lead to the sleeping area which was spacious with adequate wardrobe and cupboards and a TVs. Situated in the short corridor was a kitchen area consisting of a sink, fried and a microwave. The location was superb with views straight across Westminster Bridge to the Houses of Parliament. A 2 minute walk from the London Eye 20 minute walk to the West End and 30 minute walk to Oxford Street. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Amazing Location

Posted Feb 8, 2017
Pros: Location, room size & cleanliness
Cons: Attitude of front desk staff
Location: Perfect location for sightseeing trip as just so central
The hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing and offers amazing facilities. I have stayed in a lot of hotels however I have never seen such cleanliness in many years of travel. Bar & restaurant staff were great however I found the staff at the check in/out desk unengaging and borderline rude which was a shame as everything else about the hotel was top class.

Excellent Hotel across the Bridge from Big Ben

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice, comfortable rooms (although the shower was a little small). Great bar with live entertainment every night. Great location - just by London Eye and across the bridge from the houses of Parliament.
