The staff was very nice but the picture I saw were very deceptive. There was stains on the wall near the trash can, mildew residue by the shower. The remote control was greasy and to to top it off the pillow smelled like sweat

My stay was restful. The only thing I would change is putting a shelf in the shower, there was nowhere to put the shampoo or soap, and you had to open the shower door to reach them off the sick, and water would go all over the floor. The pillows were flat and had no filling. I just used 3 for 1.

I liked how close it was to St Georges Hospital within walking distance. Very quiet. Staff extremely helpful. It was very clean. The only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer, and the pillows were a little flat. I was there alone so I just used 3 pillows to make one decent one. I could have asked at reception although it was a small issue for how nice the hotel was, and how the staff had been. Very easy check in.

Cleanliness and comfort good, staff polite and friendly. I stayed in a cosy double, comfortable for just myself, would have been too cramped for one person. Not enough storage - need more hangers, drawers,and shelving in shower. Noise levels low, even though my room was near lift, and I stayed over Easter weekend. Also, had window open at night and noise low. On site restaurant would have been good, especially for breakfast.
