lovely hotel

Pros: relaxed atmosphere
Cons: would like to see a bit more spa facilities ( hot tub/jacuzzi,Hot stones etc)
Location: excellent location as i was there to do the moonwalk.
breakfast is excellent value for money,beds are extremely comfortable the only draw back no plugs beside the bed but overall excellent and will use again.

Good location

Pros: The hotel was very clean and good sized comfortable room. Only disappointment was the breakfast as service was extremely poor in cramped dining room
Cons: Service at breakfast. Staff need to fulfill guests orders timeously.
Location: Good location with great bus links
Hotel was in good location with great bus links. The room was large and very comfortable. I paid extra for breakfast for 2 mornings and wish I hadn't as dining room was cramped and I never got what I ordered eg pot of tea first morning and never got it. 2nd morning I asked for tea toast and fried egg and I waited 30 mins for the toast and eggs and had to ask again by which time I had lost my appetite. This was the only let down to our trip.

Our location is definitely ‘different’ and we find that most guests agree that once having stayed here, access to the City and its tourist attractions is very practical via public transport and by foot. We have a number of bus routes departing directly opposite the hotel which offer links to the West End, Kensington Palace, Westfield Shopping Centre and Victoria. I have noticed your comments about some shortfalls you have encountered with the breakfast service, certainly what you described is not according to standard not the level of service we aim for. I will address this matter with the team and be assured that it will receive the necessary management attention. スマホのナビさえあれば、ホテル前からダブルデッカ-で名所めぐりできます。

Pros: バイキング形式のイングリッシュブレクファストは、非常に豊富なメニュ-でとてもおいしい。 ホテルそばにバス停があり、ダブルデッカ-も数分に1本と非常に多く便利です。
Cons: 1)歯ブラシ・ブラシ等のアメニティなし。部屋履きスリッパは、3日目に届きました。   備品として常時備え付けてあれば、申し分なし。 2)チェックイン時に、バスタブ付の部屋を伝えるも翌日からとなった。
Location: スマホのナビさえあれば、ホテル前からダブルデッカ-を使いこなせて効率よく観光等が出来ます。
静観な立地。前がバタシ-パ-ク。後ろが再開発中(アパ-トメント等)の旧バタシ-火力発電所)。横には、テムズ川です。

Attent personnel, prettige kamer,verzorgd ontbijt, zeldzaam: Spa voorzieningen in een stadshotel. Bushalte met lijnen naar Victoria, Knightsbridge en Oxford Circus voor de deur. Uitzicht op Battersea Park.
