A fantastic way to spend a week… that it was a student accommodation it meant I had all the things I could need. Also the desk and excellent WiFi meant I could work without issue. Being summer it’s probably quieter than term time, but as it’s only rented out outside term time it was lovely and quiet. Highly recommend.

Basic accommodation. Would have been fine but having travelled all day without eating and arrived early evening, the shop had shut at six and there was not even a vending machine. The area is a food dessert so had to walk off the campus to eat. The bar also, whilst full for the football, closed earlier than advertised (because it was so quiet - when there were around 30 in still watching the game) at just after 9pm. And then the showers were stone cold the next morning. What a shame.

Great location but the room was hot and claustrophobic; the windows only open a little. Very cramped en-suite. The bedding was clean but had old stains on it. No shower mat on second day. Kettle was temperamental. Quite a trek to another building for breakfast

Check in was well organised and very helpful and friendly young students, easy access to rooms , great lift, All in all absolutely fine, there was an unfortunate few hours on the Friday , there were people from the Museums celebrating at the Campus bar and the noise was so extraordinarily bad for hours I eventually had to go there and complain to the manager, they did stop serving them as they agreed with me , they still didn't leave and continuer the raucous noise and then I went and asked the security guard if they would move them on, they were obviously high on alcohol and drugs, it was really a ghastly thing to experience I do feel it would be something for the staff to realise that the noise travels , echoes all round the square, am sure other people complaint, surely one can celebrate and still have a good time without disturbing the whole neighbourhood. Otherwise everything was fine, thank you I would appreciate it if in future the staff of the bar would take this into consideration we don't pay for being kept awake.

Bed was uncomfortable - springs obviously felt. Pillows were wafer thin. Breakfast was ok-ish but lots of items tasted really cheap. Granola was inedible. I was impressed there were vegan options, but confused to the lack of any non-dairy milk!

Great location
Great location if travelling when university dorms not in use. Quick 5 minute walk to delicious cafes and underground/tube station as well as walking distance to Kensington Palace/gardens and other attractions. I thought it was a bit pricey for a single beds/basic dorm room but maybe thats just London.

The location was great. The rooms in the basement were fine if you are on the side opposite of the entrance but on the entrance side, they definitely have a feeling of being in a cave. The staff are very accommodating.

Single purpose self contained units with shared kitchen facilities. Walls are quite paper thin, so you will get to know your neighbours well, too well in my experience. However, it is what it is, cheap as chips and in a good location.

The reception area was a bit chaotic when checking in. It was very useful to be able to leave our luggage there before we could check in and after we had checked out. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom could do with updating but was fine for one night. It was handy to get toiletries. It was quiet as not on a busy road. Good for Hyde Park and several museums. The breakfast was excellent. I would stay again.

Great location no frills room but great for a base near Hyde Park or short walk to Harrods ! Very efficient check in even at peak time s Only down side it is only available when university is closed as these are student rooms

Arrived prior to official check in to pay for breakfast which had been agreed via Expedia a couple of days before only to be told they didn't have any notes about it on the system. The staff at reception were very nice and called through to the reservations office but they wouldn't budge and said we couldn't book. We came back at the designated check in time of 2pm and the queue was down the street. If we'd waited to check in we'd have been late for the concert so checked in when we got back. Apart from that it was small but very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if attending an event in the area.

It was ok if you only wanted a bed for the night
1. In basement so couldn’t open curtain as onto a court yard with access to staff... 2. had wifi but couldn’t get a mobile signal ( o2) 3. Carpet not hoovered 4. As no phone, tv or radio hard to block out noise Plus-side 2 fans as so hot and a comfortable bed

Convenient, Clean and Affordable
Good campus accommodation. Great value for London. The breakfast quality is not to hotel standards, but that is to be expected for the price you pay. The room came with a private en-suite shower room, including your own toilet and sink. This is not always the case for rooms advertised in London. Would stay here again.
