Cons: NEANT
Location: SANS COMMENTAIRE

LE PETIT DEJEUNER IMPECCABLE AVEC UN VASTE CHOIX POUR SATISFAIRE SES ENVIES DU MOMENT ET DEMARRER LA JOURNEE DE BONNE HUMEUR. ENSUITE C'EST LA MAGIE DE LONDRES QUI OPERE. QUE VEUT-ON DE PLUS?

Location: British Library is worth walking into -- often has great book-themed exhibitions.
Well-equipped, extremely attentive staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast options.

Pros: Local to Euston station, the staff were lovely. On our return from a run we were given a towel and a bottle of water which was a nice touch.
Cons: They need to extend the dining area otherwise the waiting time to be seated at certain times of the year would put certain people off.
Location: It is in a very good location and near to most things we needed to do on this trip.
It may have been due to it being New Year's eve and a shortage of staff but we had to wait a long time to be seated for breakfast otherwise we found our stay lovely and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

Had a very nice stay for the New Year's Eve celebrations in London. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very nice too. Clean, modern, spacious and well kitted out. Very satisfied with everything from start to finish and would certainly consider staying there again.

Great location.

Pros: Friendly doormen. Front desk check in was quick. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. Great view of London!
Cons: The glass shower door only covers half the shower so the floor gets all wet. Be careful when getting out of the shower!
Location: Tube, train, bus tour one block away!
The hotel hires very friendly people that seem genuinely concerned about all your needs. Great location for catching the tube or train. Overall, a very nice, clean, modern hotel.

Nice hotel, excellent location, high standards.

Posted Dec 5, 2015
Pros: Location, the high / posh standard's.
Cons: Just the spare bed / pull out bed.
Location: We picked this location so we could just hope off the train at St.Pancreas, drop the cases off and do a bus tour and go in the centre of London.
For me I would say this hotel is of high standards, almost posh, for business folks! However we were a family with 2 boys, age 7 & 5. We turned up early and was able to drop our stuff without any fuss. Service was very precise & quick. Location is great, really close to St. Pancreas, not far from Euston tube station. The entrance / lobby is really smart, loads of room. Didn't find the loo's straight away - mural wall, same as the door, but they do have them! Room was large enough for us. 2 televisions which didn't make sense, partner and children would have liked a bath. It was good to have Wi-Fi - this is almost a must for the children! The only negative was the pullout sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, springs seemed to be worn, we also asked for extra towels which came very quickly. Breakfast was very good, it had everything and more which we could have wished for.

Good hotel, good value.

Posted Dec 2, 2015
Pros: Location, decor, ambience, value, shower.
Cons: Better noise insulation.
Location: Very near Kings Cross station so pretty central and loads to do nearby - you're almost in the West End. British Library next door as well.
The room was very nice, well decorated and presented, and spacious given it's central London location, and relatively good value (under £200) for that area. The bathroom, and shower in particular, were excellent, and the space was used well in the room. Check-in and out was easy and quick. My only small gripes were the windows weren't quite as soundproof as I would have liked (though I realise that being on one of the busiest roads in London, I may be being a little over-picky here) and how to work the air-con controls wasn't immediately obvious. But overall we had a good stay here, and the location is very convenient.

Very relaxing

Posted Dec 1, 2015
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious
Cons: Tough to improve, but only two elevators for 16 floors of rooms. Long wait.
Location: Great location to underground, restaurants, and parks are a 15 minute walk.
We spent a week at The Pullman Hotel. It was a short walk to a large underground station with fairly quick access to most places in London. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always interested in our comfort while staying with them. The room was clean and the bed was amazing.... Great night sleep. To top it off, the buffet breakfast was fresh with a huge variety of hot or cold foods. If I had to complain about something it would have to be that at times the elevators could be a longer wait. Otherwise, great stay.
