Friendly staff

Pros: The staff are always chatty
Cons: Decor could be modernised in the rooms
Location: Work 😂 Not there to site see but it is only a twenty minute tube ride to the city centre
For a single night accupancy the hotel is fine, having spent a lot of time here in the past 10 years I find the room decor is getting a little worn and tired looking however I've always had a good night sleep. The bed linen is clean and the room is warm so it does the job

Helpful staff but tired decor

Location: The hotel shares a site with a cinema, bowling alley, and many restaurants. Bus stops just outside.
Convenient position and helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice of hot or cold food. The room was comfortable and clean but the decor and furnishings are badly in need of updating.

As a policy They do not accept luggage at the reception after check out. This was a bit incovenience

I will stay here again

I've stayed here before & I will do again. Ideally located for my work. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff in all areas. I was only allowed 1 sausage to my surprise at breakfast though. lol. I survived.

Basic and reasonable cost for London

The hotel accommodation was basic but reasonably comfortable. We were disappointed by the restaurant service and meal we had in the evening

Good location for us but not a great hotel

The shower holder is worn and kept slipping down. The first time it happened it hit me in the head, but it was handy when showering the children, lol. The window never closed over properly so it was quite noisy and breezy all night long. However, the heating worked very well and the room was big enough for a good size double and two roll out beds for the children.

Stopover, no more no less

This is a budget stopover hotel for a trip into London, it is attached to a bar/restaurant not owned by the hotel, so you can't charge anything to your room. The room was clean, but very tired with no safe in the room. While nobody did anything wrong, the whole thing felt uncomfortable.
