Value for money, perfectly adequate

Pros: ok
Cons: it was fine
Location: Plenty of Chain restaurants next door, Pizza Hut, Nandos ETC
Fine, location better if you travel by car. Nearest tube station 25 min walk so taxi required to get from station to hotel

Basic roof over the head

Pros: Room was spacious.
Cons: check bathroom. My toilet was dirty upon arrival.
Location: 2 bus stops near/in front of hotel. on site parking if needed. (Fast)food is at walking distance.
Basic hotel for the london traveller. Everything is working and appears clean. Wil suffice if you just need a place to sleep.

Room smell of mold

Room smells of mold. The whole time I was there, they have 1 electrical socket in the home, which have the TV hook on it, so if you watching TV and you want to work in your laptop, you cannot make a cup of tea

Zak,Thanks for the commnets, the electircal popint we will build in our improvement plans and we have already started replacing these in our ground floor rooms so giving more power/charging optons in the bedrooms.

Disappointing! Will not return!

First hotel I've ever been to without a refrigerator, and I had booked a room for over 2-week stay. I had to ask for a iron and an ironing board; once received, the ironing board was absolutely disgusting, and I just returned it right away. There was not even an ice machine anywhere in the hotel. This hotel lacked all other amenities you'd like to have outside your room. Also cleaning crew changed sheets very infrequently over the time of my stay.

Thank you for the comments and we'll use these to improve, we have already replaced irons and ironing boards and covers. There is an ice machine in the bar area for the guest to request ice and although we have a set policy for sheet changing (3 days) other changes are amde on request. Thanks
