Visiting family and hotel was close by. Nice clean room and breakfast was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Too far from train but other than that it's a great place. Staff is amazing, they stored our luggage for us after check out.

Nice hotel with an amazing restaurant

Very nice experience overall. Friendly staff, clean rooms (the rooms were actually bigger than expected), great breakfast included in the price, etc. Our favorite part, however, was the Greek restaurant, Flames, attached to the hotel. On Friday nights they have live Greek music and guests dancing along, on top of amazing food. Will definitely come back.

Good for a business trip

Friendly staff

Pros: The staff are always chatty
Cons: Decor could be modernised in the rooms
Location: Work 😂 Not there to site see but it is only a twenty minute tube ride to the city centre
For a single night accupancy the hotel is fine, having spent a lot of time here in the past 10 years I find the room decor is getting a little worn and tired looking however I've always had a good night sleep. The bed linen is clean and the room is warm so it does the job

Helpful staff but tired decor

Location: The hotel shares a site with a cinema, bowling alley, and many restaurants. Bus stops just outside.
Convenient position and helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice of hot or cold food. The room was comfortable and clean but the decor and furnishings are badly in need of updating.

As a policy They do not accept luggage at the reception after check out. This was a bit incovenience

I will stay here again

I've stayed here before & I will do again. Ideally located for my work. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff in all areas. I was only allowed 1 sausage to my surprise at breakfast though. lol. I survived.
