Beautiful Traditional English Hotel

Posh and upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and elegant dining room and bar. If you want a traditional English feeling hotel, the Rosewood is your best choice.

Luxury in London

Pros: Loved the hotel dog....
The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond. The hotel decor is so elegant and comfortable. Easy walking to theaters for shows.

Favorite London Hotel

Pros: It's comfortable and clean.
Cons: The cross trainer in the gym was broken last time, but I believe that they will fix it.
Location: It is centrally located for shopping on Regent Street or walking to the British Museum. There is a tube station located very close to the hotel also.
The Rosewood is elegant but comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, which means a lot coming from this reviewer. I inspect things very closely. I try to stay at the Rosewood every time that I visit London.

Close to restaurants and metro station

The checkinn experience wasnt very pleasant, expedia vip and gold status wasnt mentioned and the neither the amenity confirmed by email. Beside that everithig very good as usual. Concierge very good, room very good, breakfast in the mirrow room outdranding as well as the night bar. Great atenttion of the Guest Relations manager at checkout, thanks Mr. A.V.!

quiet enough... busy enough

Pros: the service, easiness in every aspect.
Cons: nothing
Location: its in central London, everything is near.
i like the service, location, cleanliness, quietness, the busy bar, the nice breakfast brasserie. my favorite thing is their complimentary macrons!

Convenience location. Good breakfast choices.

Pros: Location, breakfast and friendly staff
Very convenience location. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Breakfast choices are fantastic. Housekeeping team was very efficient. When asked to change my mattress to a firmer one, the request was done immediately. On the day of my arrival was my 16th wedding anniversary, a nice amenity with a note from the Guest Relations team was pre-set in my room. It was a great stay. My only comment is there is no swimming pool in the hotel.

The hotel combines luxury with the personal touch! All the staff are friendly and so welcoming and made our anniversary one to remember! Without doubt the best breakfast experience ever.

An Amazing London Hotel That Ranks In My Top 5

I rarely get this excited to write a hotel review (and I like to write) but the staff at Rosewood London deserve a passionate post. After I booked online, I received a pre-stay questionnaire which I completed. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the survey process was to plan a perfect stay in London. The hotel staff booked restaurants and spa appointments for my wife and I, in advance. Their recommendations were amazing; two perfect dinners in London. The hotel has ample staff who are ready to serve you. The concierge staff were delightful and well connected. The room was clean, wonderfully quiet, spacious, well designed, and filled with amenities. I loved that the room had a Nespresso coffee maker, stocked refrigerator, ample bottles of water, multiple electric connections (UK, US, and EU), fast WiFi, a safe, large TV, room darkening shades, soaking tub, and extra bath linens. Breakfast was included in my room rate and the food was delicious. The Spa staff were professional and cheery; it was clear that they liked their jobs. I travel 200+ days a year and this was a perfect way to end the year. I would highly recommend Rosewood London to anyone who wants a memorable, pampered, first-class experience.
