The staff couldn't do more to make our stay perfect. We were given upgrade to a deluxe room which was lovely. The room and hotel itself are immaculate and they really do focus on the little things - attention to detail is clear with everything they offer in the rooms. Thsnk you for such a lovely stay!

Good experience. Only issue was that there was no concierge on duty during the evening which was very frustrating. All in all though, I was very happy.

Nice hotel. Close to high streets.

My one complaint would be how busy Oxford Street is, but that's out of anyone's control. There's a sainsburys right down the street and a plethora or restaurants and shopping near by. The room was gorgeous and access to the spa is free for hotel guests. I'll definitely be back.

The reception are pleasant enough but nothing special. The hotel exterior is quite dated and needs a good clean. For the price per room you would think they could afford a window cleaner

had a bad experience while at Sanderson. my holiday was ruined because of the hotel policy. i booked my room and paid the full amount in advance, i was surprised that i had to pay again for my stay when i checked inn as a deposit which was a problem for me because it was all the spending cash i had for my holiday. it was very embarrassing for me to call a friend in my home country to send me money. i stayed in several hotels in London didn't have such problems i regret changing the hotel.

Indulgent hotel

The hotel, restaurant and staff I cannot fault anything, it's a but privy but if your looking to indulge or splurge or have a special celebration I would throughly recommend booking, I was celebrating my anniversary, my partner and I were upgraded and received a bottle of champagne, nothing is too much for the staff to do, very attentive!
