Stylish and convenient

Location: Great for dining out, and convenient to the British Museum.
Wow, what a stylish hotel! If you are looking for somewhere unique and fun, as well as convenient, the Sanderson won't disappoint. The moment you step into the lobby, and peer down the Long Bar, you'll know you're in for a special experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable - amenities that you often trade for style, but not at the Sanderson. The hotel location is also unbeatable - within minutes of many popular restaurants and easily within walking distance of major sights like Trafalgar Square and Big Ben.

Beautifully decorated hotel in perfect location

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Our experience was really perfect but if we could improve one thing it would be the dim lighting in the hallways to the rooms.
Location: The location was perfect. The hotel is within a 5 minute walking distance to Regent and Oxford street.
The Sanderson hotel in London is a beautifully decorated modern hotel. The staff members were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is really quite perfect! It was within 5 minute walking distance to Regent and Oxford street , where there is a great mix of shops ! We could even walk to the London eye, Westminster ,museums and theaters! We didn't need to use the metro or bus at all! The room was immaculate and pristine. We couldn't ask for a better room! They even gave us a free mobile phone to use during out stay in London! The phone was extremely helpful for navigating our way through London and for local calls and internet in general! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and hope to return ourselves in the future!

Excellent location, great hotel

Great location close to everything , but on a quiet street. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Would stay here again without question.

Terrible experience. No turn down service in the room. Asked for fresh towels but they did not provide it. All night on our floor , drunk people were screaming and shouting. Around 4 in the morning the security settled it. There were no tea or coffee facilities in room . It was a waste of 282 pounds. I wish I had booked some other hotel .

Thank you for your recent stay here at Sanderson. It was unfortunate that we could not spend more time to discuss your stay with us, however it was a pleasure meeting you, though for a short while. First of all, allow me to extend our sincerest apologies for the experience you had. We at Sanderson always strive to ensure that all our guests leave the hotel satisfied, I am sorry that on this occasion it was not the case. After having investigated the comments, it was reported that initially the turn down service had been refused. Our housekeeping team then went up to the room after it had been reported to reception that it was not done, and ensured that the room was turned down. I also would like to apologize on behalf of other guests that were loud during the night. We have a 24hour security on site to ensure that such cases are always monitored and managed accordingly. This has been a long public holiday weekend, hence the demand for rooms have been exceptional with all hotels being full the last few days. I am sorry that this had somehow affected your overall experience and hope that this will not deter your from returning back to us. Please do contact me directly prior to your booking a hotel so that I can make all necessary arrangements. Thank you for staying with us and I look forward to hearing from you Yours sincerely,

Easter weekend away

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Really friendly service. Room was a good size and the blackout blinds are a great touch. Mini bar was incredibly well stocked. However, no coffee machine or any type of hot drinks maker is a real let down after a few drinks the night before. Breakfast charge is way to high! A nice hotel but a one time only stay.

Great staff, super helpful and friendly

Pros: Close to Oxford street (shopping! ) Close to British Museum
Cons: Only thing is if a couple the shower is close to the bed area
Location: Central Location , close to the Tube
Love this place.....excellent gym and Spa as well. Hot bar, good food.

Good location. Modern hotel. The room design makes a lot of the area and space to be unused. Very average break fast. You better have some changes when u check in otherwise the bell boy will make u feel uncomfortable.
