OK but with ONE MAJOR FLAWPosted Sep 6, 2015
The hotel was quite, nice, the staff were OK, although a bit distant, it was clean and tidy. However, the bed was way too small and the hardest mattress I have encountered, a terrible night sleep. I have had better beds in hostels!

Nice hotel very helpful staff excellent areaPosted Aug 26, 2015
The staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived and stayed the same until we left nothing was too much trouble for them. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none the breakfast was well worth the £9.99 cost. Plenty of everything .i have stayed in hotels much more expensive and not half as good will I go back most definitely Thank you Angelo for the courtesy on Reception desk.

Pleasant well priced hotel, great locationPosted Aug 10, 2015
A great boutique style hotel, pleasant exterior and interior. Upside - functional bedroom with air con, refreshments, free wifi, good size bed and nice fluffy white towels Downside (nothing major) - no chair to sit and work at the desk, hairdryer plugged in drawer so difficult for blowdrying in the mirror! A shaving mirror would be useful for men and also because I had to lean over the sink to get closer to the recessed mirror for putting in my contact lenses! I would use the hotel again.

Small room but wonderful hotel...Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, clean room and bath, great price and location too.
Cons: Actually- the air freshener/room fragrance the are using in the lobby was not the best... (but our room was fine...)
Location: Paddington station is two blocks away, and connects you to everything London has to offer! Nearby convenience stores and restaurants too...
Our room was really tiny- but it was spotlessly clean and it came at a great price! The staff was more than accommodating- going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed for a happy stay. I requested a blanket to replace the down comforter and a feather pillow to replace the synthetic one. The staff were very warmly accommodating and rushed to fulfill my requests. Also- the generous and very high quality breakfast buffet offered at the hotel consisted of eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, grilled tomato, smoked salmon, cereal, pastries and fresh fruit among the many offerings. It really gave us a good start to our days in London.

Small hotel that did the jobPosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: The decor and overall standard of the room was high. It looked modern and certainly did not need a refurb, as I assume it had recently been done.
Cons: It felt a little parochial, not that a 'family-run atmosphere' is necessarily a bad thing, but I prefer hotels where you just come and go.
Location: I cannot comment. It was close to the conference I was attending, which made it ideal, but I have no clue what else was around.
Arrived in the pouring rain and was greeted by friendly staff. I checked in and was told where my room was. I opened the door to the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. After spending a few minutes trying to find where to put the key card (it was dark by this time) I realised this room was simply too small for me. There wasn't even enough room to sit on either side of the bed. I asked if I could have a bigger room and they duly obliged without any problems. Although the next room was hardly palatial is was big enough and nicely done. No problems with it at all. It was clean, tidy and everything worked. If I had been shown this room first of all I would have given the place a higher rating, but the first room was simply absurd in size. The bed was a little soft for my own taste, but certainly nothing to complain about. Overall I was happy with my stay. The same would not have been the case had I staying in that first room. I feel bad for the people who get that room and do not ask to move.

Great hotelPosted Jun 30, 2015 on Hotels
Great hotel. Stayed there a few times and they've never failed on anything and the staff are very polite. The only problem is the neighbourhood is full of h**kers for some reason although it is a very decent and posh neighbourhood but this is something for the police to take care of not the hotel
