I think the restaurant for breakfast need to be improved. I have been waited for more than 10 minutes and no one ask me if I want a coffee....The staff is not quite good to serve. Definitely staff in restaurant need to be improved.

The quad room had a queen and two twin beds - perfect for our family - and was generously sized to hold us and our luggage. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary tea and biscuits!
Nice stay, good VFM, Standard room has a double bed which is really a double i.e 4 foot 6 inches wide, so if you are 6 foot 5 like me, bear this in mind.
The hotel was easy to find and check in was quick and smooth. The staff were courteous and efficient and the facilities excellent. The hotel was right at the heart of the area and exactly where I wanted to be which made my stay a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Hotel have everything, a store, restaurant, fitness center and more.
Overall I really liked this hotel. It was clean, convenient and within a short distance of everything. The room was very small but I guess that is the case with most European hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would def recommend it to friends.
was ok, had few problems with the facility, then they changed my room. Other than that everything was fine.
It was the last leg of our trip to Europe, and we were flying out London Gatwick airport in two days. The Arora hotel was close and had an airport shuttle. It was a great place to decompress after two weeks of flights, trains, buses, rental cars, tours, and hotels less than desireable.

Great location on the river , opposite Houses of Parliament. Classy all round - smart rooms. comfy beds which meant a good night’s sleep, and superb food in an excellent restaurant with river views. All at a reasonable price, at least on this Sunday night.

Good location for anyone who wants/needs to be in Ealing Broadway. The hotel is OK, not more than that. The bed linen were old and felt tired. Bed was not that comfy.
Park Plaza Waterloo was a nice hotel in a good location, staff were friendly and restaurant was very nice for dinner and also the breakfast was very good; although it was a little crowded in the main seating area.
