Staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. WiFi can be pretty sketchy in parts of the hotel. Location can’t be beat.

Fantastic location with great bus and tube options to get you everywhere, and great dining options across a range of price points including the fabulous pre theatre menu at the Botanist right next door. Easy walking distance to Knightsbridge, and Hyde Park. Only down side in my room was the thumping bass from the downstairs nightclub on the weekend.

Great Hotel
The hotel location is one of the best in London, right in the middle of Chelsea and just a short walk away from the famous shopping areas of Sloane and Knightsbridge. The hotel staff was great and helped us to accommodate our 2 year old twins which were a last minute addition to our trip. Didn't have the chance to dine in the restaurant located in the hotel but the food smell and ambiance of the restaurant was very good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and would recommend it.

Mixed experience
I hadn't stayed in this hotel before although I was familiar with the area. The hotel is well located close to public transport and amenities such as shops and restaurants. The staff on reception appear to be poorly trained and not very interested in the hotel's guests. My room was not serviced until late in the afternoon which is not great if you want to return for a nap or to shower and change. I understood from the very nice lady looking after my room that she is not rostered until the afternoon. My sleep was disturbed by mechanical noise from the heating/ventilation system

The room was very nice, a little small, but was comfortable. The shower was not so good, something wrong with it and could only get a tepid shower. The TV was new we were told, so hadn't been properly set up. however maintenance set it up and although complicated, it did work well. Breakfast in the small lounge was really very nice.

We chose this hotel due to its location, near an event my son and I were attending at Cadogan Hall. It’s centrally located and has the associated price and parking charges. Everything was fine but nothing stood out as particularly good or welcoming. The staff were polite but not overall helpful. The room was fine but there was no free bottled water or features to make you feel particularly welcome. As the title says, average.

Great location, very clean hotel with charming decor. I booked 2 standard double rooms (the hotel features both a standard and small double option). I verified this both via email and at the time of check-in. When I saw both rooms it was clear that one of the rooms was a standard double and the other was one of the small double rooms advertised on their website. I am aware that in a building that’s 200 years old, not all rooms are identical, but based on the measurements of the room and the measurements listed on the site, the room was clearly the small double room. The staff insisted that they gave us 2 standard doubles. It so happened that in the smaller room there was a noise coming from a broken A/C unit and my other guests needed to switch rooms. Again, the staff moved them to a small double room and insisted it was the standard double. I don’t have an issue with the smaller rooms- it is how the rooms are categorized and priced overall. Also, be sure to understand if breakfast is included. Upon checking in I was told breakfast is included, which was a mistake- totally fine. However, upon checking out they attempted to charge us for breakfast on 2 days, when we only went to the breakfast room one time.

Perfect location from which to base our recent visit to London! Bus stops and a tube station a short walk from the door, the Victoria Bus Station a few blocks away. Soane Square is a very nice location for a stay in London. We had a comfortable room with nice amenities that overlooked the square. Also fairly quiet due to double glazed windows. The friendly staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Highly recommend the Sloane Square Hotel. Our room was not large but very comfortable, situated towards the rear so nice and quiet. We had breakfast at Cote Brasserie located next door and attached to the hotel. A fabulous central location from which you can explore London.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Sloane Square tube station. There are a couple of nice bars and coffee shops on the square as well as Peter Jones (a branch of John Lewis). The reception is small but staff were very friendly and efficient. There is only one lift. The rooms are fairly small (our group had 3 and all were different from each other). We had a Dyson hairdryer in our room (we didn’t use it!) and everything you might expect. Nice range of toiletries were provided. There was a small coffee machine but no kettle which I would have preferred. Although there were teabags there were only tiny espresso cups so no way to make tea!

staff was friendly, location is perfect, service was excellent as well. However the room smells odds even after cleaning and the carpet was dusty. It triggered my allergy. I had non stop cough and sneeze when I spend time at room

The staff at the hotel were wonderful....very attentive to our needs. The window in the room didn't open very much however so it was hard to get fresh air in. The room was very tiny and not much room to move around or places to put our belongings. The area around the hotel is lovely!

We absolutely loved this place. Booked it because it was adjacent to Holy Trinity Church where I was doing a workshop and performance of Elijah. The room was somewhat small, but we weren't in it all that much. Very accommodating staff. Does not have all the bells and whistles some people want (pool, gym, spa, etc.but I knew that going in. One caveat, our shower door would not close, so I took a bath and used their scented "spa" soap. Stepped into the tub, slid under the water. The grab bar was small and the tub too wide. Managed to get out, but it was dicey. They have a friction bottom on the tub and an additional suction mat, but that did not help too much. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Very nice hotel but the air conditioning didn’t work in my room and the shower was so hard to get into! Over all it was nice and the breakfast was fantastic
