Pros: The price and proximity to Heathrow
It is handy to Heathrow, economic, with fast food nearby

Basic but good value

Posted Jan 15, 2017
The room was very small but clean and everything in working order. Of the twin beds, one was very comfortable and the other not so good. The staff could have been more welcoming and cheerful, but overall it was good value for a hotel close to Heathrow

Good Value and Location

Posted Jan 13, 2017
Pros: Price and Location and bedroom
Cons: Website and needed to ask to have a second pillow each for room
Location: Near Feltham railway station and about 5 miles Twickenham Rugby and Heathrow
Very good value as a mystery hotel, managed to arrive at 19.45pm pay £8 for car parking and left at 18.15pm next day having travelled 32 minutes into Waterloo by train from station 300 yards away. Nice size room, Wi-Fi was free despite website saying to the contrary.

Hotel close to railway station.

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: The car park could do with a clean, rubbish noticeable .A smokers area could be provided as wedding parties are also catered for at this hotel.
Location: Easy access to railway station for trains to London and Windsor.
Driving into the hotel the car park is to the rear, where you have to carry your bags to the front of the hotel (there is no rear door to enter). On reaching the front door you have to pass through smokers which seem to congregate at the entrance. The foyer seems cold and uninviting it could do with an update to brighten it up. The check in was straight forward however the car parking charge was not given . The hotel is fine for a short stay with amenities close by .

Performed well under extreme pressure.

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Pros: The staff worked well under extreme pressure.
Cons: Under the circumstances I was quite happy with everything.
Location: Can't comment.
Unfortunately when I used the hotel it was due to multiple flight cancellations due to weather so really I don't feel that I got a true experience of the hotel. That said the staff worked hard to help and try to accommodate everybody. Check in, as you would expect, was horrendous however the staff performed an excellent job under extreme pressure. However check out the following morning was very slow and at the time I left there was nobody about. My room was fine, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

below average

Air conditioning was broken, the room was too hot to sleep in or get ready in, in the morning. The tap made a loud squeaking noise in the night, the duvet was dirty and old. The room is dated and needs refurbishing along with the amenities

Clean, quiet & comfortable

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: clean, quiet room
Cons: room TV takes ten seconds to change channel. It's very small. The restaurant is poor, although the bar is OK, so long as you don't like wine.
Location: Catch the train out of Feltham, it's a dump. The best (only?) restaurant is a Nandos. Or McDonalds.
Helpful staff, reasonable value. A few rough, foul mouthed guests, otherwise full of travellers. I was working nearby and this hotel is convenient, but it's transit stop rather than a destination. You wouldn't stay here for leisure reasons.
