Had a great stay at St Simeon staff if so nice and helpful. The hotel is old but and need to freshen up a bit but it is very comfortable and cheap for theatra. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Stay away!Posted Sep 27, 2015
The only thing I can say good about this hotel is that both desk keepers we dealt with were helpful and accommodating. The room was very small, the bed uncomfortable, the loo very small and its door would not stay closed. The sink was built into the wall so deeply that it was almost impossible to wash ones mouth out and spit into it. They don't put soap in the rooms so it must be requested at the desk. There was a lot of yelling and noise from the street and very loud guests in the next room. The breakfast was OK but the servers seemed to be upset with each other and there were no smiles or feelings of welcome. You can do much better!

Cons: Breakfast not as good as when we have previously stayed
Basic but as expected. Seem to be cutting more corners than previously

You get what you pay forPosted Aug 15, 2015
We booked this hotel for it's central location and cheap price. We needed a place to lay our heads for the night and nothing more. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was very small with basically a double bed, small wardrobe and small stool in the room. There was a slight musty smell but all was clean. The room itself was very dated and in need of a good lick of paint. The bathroom was clean but again the toilet suite needs updating as it is quite tired. The bed was ok and the main issue was noise from the road and adjacent parties on the next rooms. I couldn't tell if the noise was because people were v loud or if the walls were thin. We got back late and were very tired so we didn't get much disturbance. Breakfast was fine and included in the price. I have a problem with food being served on plastic plates though! The sausages were nice apparently. Overall nice staff, basic functional room in a setting that is well placed but the building desperately needs a makeover. On Central London this is a great price and you get what you pay for in this life!!

Pros:

Family of 5 (3 young children) on a budgetPosted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: Staff were always courteous, kind and helpful.
Cons: Fans in the room with out window access
Nice hotel, easily accessible and away from all the hussle and bussle of London, cheap stay for 2 nights, suited us well as a place to get our heads down and have breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights, which I wouldn't recommend any longer if you like your sleep. Walls are rather thin and if you are unlucky enough to get inconsiderate loud guests in the room next door then sleep will be hard to achieve. Our room was pleasant enough given the budget we were on. However it was very warm with the weather being quite humid when we stayed. Although the weather is not down to the hotel, it is hard to keep room cool at night when only a balcony door that can be opened which the guests staying next door could access. so didn't feel secure keeping it open at night. Staff were very friendly upon arrival, although check in wasn't until 3pm, we were able to drop our suitcase off at reception whilst we went to explore London. Again at breakfast staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.

It is a nice hotel for the money u pay.. In the middle for 2 undergroud (7mints walk) for each.. Too close to take the "big bus" tour at Gloucester station (big blue and purple route) the place is very nice and friendly the bathroom wasn't so good but also not bad... The family room is really nice and comfy i enjoyed my time plus it has elevator if u have heavy bags

HOTEL MUY CENTRO Y ES DE PASOPosted Jul 12, 2015
