Hôtel familial et chaleureux

Retrouvailles en famille pour célébrer un mariage à Londres. Seuls minimes défauts à notre avis. Couloirs trop longs pour arriver à la réception. On avait tendance à se perdre. Lol

Location: not the best part of town, but a relatively close proximity to Heathrow (25 euros by cab)
hotel was fine and OK if just staying overnight for flight from Heathrow, but not much entertainment/food in area

Hard to see past the dirt when writing this review

Pros: Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Train or manage cleaning staff.
Location: Nothing nearby. Not safe to walk around area. Front door of hotel at train station.
Helpful staff - easy checkin. Multiple fire doors made getting to and from room with luggage difficult. Room had not been cleaned properly in some time. Kitchen was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Suspicious about towels and bed because of the kitchen and bath. wiykd nit stay again. Would not recommend.

Hotel Apt near train station.

Pros: Although the hotel was near the train station, it was quite so we were able to have a good sleep.
Cons: Lots of improvement is needed. We were never given any coffee or tea bags after the first day.
Location: The location of the hotel was good. Lots of eateries and grocery stores.
The stay was okay. However, I will not stay here again. We had to go through 8 doors to get to our room. The corridors are very narrow and the location of the lift inconvenient. Furthermore, the lift that was located close to our room could not be used to get to the reception area for some reason. They do not have a porter service, so if you have lots of luggage and children then you will find it exceptionally tiring.

Had my pocketbook stolen. Staff extremely helpful in very stressful situation. Very clean and loved the fact they had AC. Thanks tithe desk staff!

Leider viele schimmeln im Bad.

Ich habe mehr erwartet für eine 4* Hotel. Pilze und Schimmel sind für mich nicht akzeptabel! Weisse Handtücher komplett vergraut. ausziehcouch unbequem als Bett nutzbar

This is a great place to stay. Nice clean rooms, amazing staff, overhead rain shower, and is in great location for heathrow airport.

Hotel mit sehr guter öffentlicher Anbindung. Mit Zug 10 min London Heathrow und ca. 20 min London Paddington. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sehr stylishes Cityhotel

Pros: Clean, roomy and close to train station.
Cons: Supplies should be stocked up for number of people in booking.
Location: Train station and convenience store.
Apartment was very roomy and comfortable for family of four. But had to ask for more towels even though they should have known family will be staying in the room, kitchen soap and other equipment not fully equipped. However, very convenient to National Railway and has a convenience store nearby.
