We were not offered a room upgrade, per VIP status.
Bring UK adapters because the hotel may run out to offer any to you.
Room was clean.
Intern continental breakfast was good (croissants, toast, ham, cheese, cold cuts, coffee, tea, fruit, juice).
Not centrally located to touristy sites but hotel is in a nice quiet area, near the British Museum (very cool. Free. Go check it out)
