This is a spacious and comfortable room, ideally located away from the noisy crowds. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom has a soaking tub/shower, which is a nice feature, however, it was difficult to get into and out of it. And the bathroom lighting, while it lit up the room, was inadequate for shaving or applying makeup because of the position of the lights. Lastly, the heated bathroom floor was another nice feature, but some floor tiles were cracked/damaged.

The property and staff and food are perfect. The elevator did stop working on my last day (of four) and that was a bummer as my room was on the fifth floor. But this is my new “go-to” hotel. Literally half a block from Harvey Nic’s and Harrods. And the people are what made my stay gorgeous. Love this property—and I’m super picky.

Lovely and charming hotel on a quiet street. Room was nice, clean and pretty big by European standards. Staff was friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant were very nice. Great location if you like to shop! Great restaurants in the vicinity as well. Hyde Park, which is fabulous, is just a short walk. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious and had great amenities for our 5 night stay. Loved having a Kitchenette and washer/dryer. Loved being 2 minutes from Hyde Park. We had an issue with noise due to some construction. A tad frustrating not to have known about it in advance of stay but the lovely hotel staff were receptive to our concerns and responded appropriately. The breakfast was lovely and generous and the dining room was small and elegant. We would definitely return.

Had the misfortune are being placed in a room at the end of the corridor which was in the process of being decorated.we should have known something was up with the plastic sheeting on the floor in the corridor.room opposite and rooms next to were being decorated. Had the smell of paint though out our stay. And the decorators starting work at 8 in the morning. For a room only at £320 a night expect a lot more. Maybe it was because we are a normal working family and didn’t fit the hotels usual clientele who the fact my wife and step daughter are of Asian nationality that we got placed in the wing being decorated as there was no one else in this area

Comfortable & Fabulous Service
We had a wonderful family stay with two rooms for our family of four. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The concierge was able to snag a last minute Saturday night dinner reservation prior to a Westend Show. Very clean hotel, comfy beds and superb service! The location is great - we took the tube from Heathrow right to the Knightsbridge stop, less than 1 block from the hotel. It was lovely to be so close to Harrod’s, where we killed time until our room was ready. Would definitely recommend!

Great value, comfortable stay
Perfect location in Knightsbridge (behind Harrods) for such a decent price. Would absolutely stay here again. We were in the townhouse section of the hotel, which did have a home-y feeling. Great service. The staff is very lovely, and eager to help. Room was big enough, and well appointed with the necessary travel amenities. By no means was this super luxury but clean, comfortable and good value for money. Highly recommend!!
