The staff and the rooms were perfect for our girls trip! The only thing is the hotel bar..not so much.. no one could help at the bar. The front desk was very helpful and concierge was very helpful. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping all in walking distance to all the major tourist spots.

This was conveniently located, with easy walking to Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, Big Ben, and others. The transportation options were abundant. Great location. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. The only negative was the walls were a bit thin and you could hear others, but not overly bad.

I’ve know about the Cavendish all my working life. I could see my father’s office from our room (Thank you) and the day he shepherded all his staff out of the building through the roof the day of PC Ivonne Fletcher’ murder. Our room felt a little tired but otherwise most happy with everything. Location is second to none.

In general, the service was stuffy and unpleasant. The one exception was the restaurant and bar, where Damian, Irene, and Michael were lovely. But other than that, i felt like we were inconveniencing anyone we had to talk to for simple things like requesting the champagne we ordered for our arrival be delivered to the room. It was honestly incredibly disappointing.

I had stayed here before in 2022 and had an amazing stay. However, this past time I had a lot of issues with the noise - one night we were right above construction, another was right above a bar. The staff tried to move us, but as someone who suffers from a chronic illness it was just a struggle to feel like we were rested. I had also remembered the last time I stayed, the beds/sheets were comfortable, but this time they felt somewhat plastic-like. For this visit, it served our purpose but I will not be returning. Especially since the last time I had stayed it was less money with a bigger room, this did not feel completely worth it. If you're looking for a business hotel near several key subways/etc, I would book here.

This was a fabulous hotel. It is located in a great area ; close to many different restaurants, bakeries, stores.... Our check-in process was super easy and we even decided to extend our trip by an extra day. This hotel is within walking distance of Piccadilly Circus and has many cute shops around the street.

I have no complaints bar 2 things. firstly the maid tried to enter the room when it was barred. pretty forcefully and no calling out. Second I was asked about an upgrade to a penthouse and a bottle of prosecco but neither occurred and without telling me in advance. Otherwise its a great hotel made special by the wonderful staff.

Incredibly easy check in with the option of baggage storage should you arrive before the room is ready. Very friendly and informative staff. On arrival at our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The biggest bed over seen, lovely fluffy white towels and a really good size bathroom (separate shower and bath) Tea and coffee mahjong facilities along with safe, iron and ironing board meant we had all the bits available for a great stay. The only downside was we couldn't lower the temperature in the room to below 19° which was a personal issue not a hotel issue. The hotel is convenient for 2 underground stations and within walking distance of the major sights. An overall success and if we return to London we will certainly be looking to stay again. We didn't have breakfast as we were out and about early each day but did have s very good meal in the evening at The Mayfair grill. Again, all the staff were very attentive and professional whilst offering a very friendly vibe. The scallops and steak were top quality. Thank you for a very enjoyable and memorable time

There are better places in London than this one...
Arrived and checked-in at 2300 hours, easy checkin, but the staff were not well informed. Made way to the room, only to discover the pull out bed folded over the main bed. The 2nd room did not even have a pull out bed as we had requested. It took some complaining and work, but they finally made accomodations for us - should not have been this difficult.
