Good hotel close to Kings Road and Stamford Bridge

Posted Mar 5, 2017
Top Class Hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nice bar although bit expensive, single gin with lemonade and small beer £19-00. Only complaint was ordered a room service pizza and chips off menu and was nothing like description, £26-00 for what seemed a frozen supermarket medium pizza.

Fab hotel

Posted Feb 17, 2017
Pros: We stayed in the Chelsea Suite which was excellent - lots of space - with a small balcony off the living room.
Cons: The menu in the restaurant could do with more variation - a little limited but the food was good.
Location: Overlooks Chelsea Harbour, Embankment and Chelsea Pier. Not much else. Buses overground and underground provides access to mainline stations/airports
Beautiful comfortable clean suite. Hotel is a 4 minute walk to Imperial Wharf overground and access to the underground providing easy access to anywhere in London. Both the bar and the restaurant overlook the harbour with an outside terrace for eating and drinking. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay at this hotel again and would choose a suite overlooking the harbour next time.

Good hotel but needs updating

Posted Dec 5, 2016 on Orbitz
I have stayed at this property for 20 years - was the Conrad, then the Wyndham, now Millennium's Chelsea Harbour Hotel. Plus points are all rooms are suites and are spacious. However they need updating! Especially the mattresses and the curtains (holes in them). They need to refurbish all the rooms and it'll be 5* again.

Stayed a total of 10 nights just this month...

Posted Nov 29, 2016
First room was great and stayed 8 nights.... all was good... this time for 3 days, wifi didn't work. Airport free wifi works so much better. Fire alarm at night... A/C that blows warm air when expected to have cold air on (yes we Americans love air), point is... could not sleep at night to find out that zero temperature was 40 + degrees. The shower had no pressure .... and when I was told they would contact me to inform me of the wireless.... nobody actually even called me back.... just this month i stayed 10 nights total and these last 2 in room 608 were the worsed one. I like the hotel but that experience is making me think twice on where to stay next :( sadly. I am disappointed. Not being difficult..... but somethings can drive a customer away especially when there is no follow up or care for one's problem...

The experience was not good, the door man was not willing to provide service, they have even lost temper to argu with their own hotel clients. Totally not good experience. Location is quite far from central London. Even there is public overground but during stay it has suspend few times not convience
