Poor plumbing / lack of staff interestPosted Sep 27, 2015
Don't choose room 108 Terribly noisy and the loo keeps sticking in flush mode Apparently the flushing is not fixable being a sealed unit And that its at the end of the plumb line £650 for two sleepless nights - not happy

hotel near South Kensington UndergroundPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: the lobby
Cons: the room needs a chest of draws, mini bar and iron board. Also after the 2nd day we didn't receive any more face flannels or new shampoo.
Location: Location is top, nearby the V&A museum and Science Museum. Kensington and Chelsea is a wonderful area to stay.
The hotel is very new, which is maybe why certain things weren't working properly or not though of with the design of the rooms. We had a standrad room which was so extremely small my husband kept knocking his knees while walking around the bed. No draws were in the room and with us staying for one week we could not unpack all our suitcases as there was no space in the cupboard. Also there was no mini bar nor iron board. The room looks nice on first impressing but they really need to rethink the items they placed in the room. During our stay the AC fell out for 24 hours, the top room became unbearably hot. No mention was done about this nor any compensation for the totally unbearable night. The lobby is nice and quirky. They had several exhibitions going on while we were there. Me personally won't stay there again.

Great hotel. Could do with a gym.Posted Jul 13, 2015
Had a fantastic stay at the exhibitionist even if the room was smaller than we were expecting. The location is superb and the design of the hotel is very original.

Great hotel in a great location.Posted Jul 12, 2015
The hotel rooms are very stylish, clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff where very helpful and friendly. It is very close to a tube and bus stop making getting around London very easy.

Great South-KensingtonPosted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels

Great stay for one nightPosted Jun 30, 2015 on Hotels
Apart from the missing shower hose, which meant when you turned the water on there was just water squirting out of the wall, which was weird. But it had another shower head which was ok, The staff were excellent and helpful!

Schade!

Very cute boutique hotelPosted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Spacious, cute, great location, well decorated, clean, very reasonable rates, cozy, friendly helpful staff.
Location: Right in South Kensington, a block from train station, restaurants, etc. Great location.
We really enjoyed our stay- the hotel was quite big & roomy for London, in a great location, the staff were extremely friendly & the hotel itself was really cute & had nice artistic details. The rooms had windows that open for fresh air, an iPad system for ordering fresh towels, room service, etc. & we really enjoyed our stay... The hot water does take a few minutes to get going in the tub/shower but thats really a minor issue & everything else was amazing.
