Very nice and cozy little hotel centrally located in London with only 250 meters to the metro or a 10 minute walk to Oxford Street. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Money down the drain

Posted Jun 21, 2016
Pros: The reception staff who welcomed me to the hotel, whn I checked in was very polite and good. Apart from this the whole stay was a nightmare.
Cons: Book somewhere lese
Location: Close to goodge street underground.
I have stayed in london in this area few times in the past, but never had such a bad experience. The room was very outdated, windows not working. The room was on the ground floor and could hear everything and had a disturbed sleep due to the noise. Room was very clautsrophobic and disappointing. Luckily I dint have to use thier internet facility, but a good example was when I checked out and asked for a bill, it took more than 10 mins to access the bill and it was taking even longer to print. So I asked them to forward my recipt to my email ID but this never happened.

Terrible hotel

Posted Mar 19, 2016
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: The location was about 15 min walk from the west end
This must have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was under some sort of renovation and Health and Safety in the place had a lot to be desired for. I will not stay there again and will definitely not recommend the hotel to any one. The only positive thing I can say is that it is 15 min from the west end.
