I stayed this accommodation from last Monday to Wednesday for 2 nights. I found a bug that I have never seen before. I just killed it. A week later, I got a lots of skin rashes (literally so many rashes) on my limbs. It was bed bugs. I wouldn’t say the accommodation is dirty as the staff changes the bedding and towel everyday. However whole bed frames in this accommodation should be replaced as new one! I guess all the rooms have the bed bugs. It’s not worth it to stay here. Price isn’t matter for this issue.

Frankly speaking, the most attractive point for this hotel is the location. It is very convenient to me to go everywhere in London as it is located in the heart of the city. As the room fee is very competitive comparing with the near hotel, I have no compaint to the overall service. However, I hope the hotel could provide the hair-dryer to the customer in nearly future as it is very basic item for the hotel room. It is very uncomfortable to me without the hair-dryer, it means I could not clean my hair after the long day.

Listen, if you’re not going to live in your hotel room during your visit this is the place for you. We came here to sleep, shower and change and spent most of our days exploring. We had a 3 night stay and only on one of the days did we not have hot water. Slight issue but manageable. You’re within walking distance of transport that gets you to all the tourist areas. You’ve got plenty of shopping options. Location wise it was perfect and was a budget friendly option in comparison to other properties in the area. Would recommend if you’re not going to pick at everything your room is not. look at it as the bare necessities when traveling and it’s perfect.

Could do better.
On arrival, I was sent into the basement to find my room, but it wasn't there. On going into the room, it was a bit cold. There was no hot water until the evening. I had to transfer water from the bathroom tap into the kettle with a glass. The light switch was not near the bed. There was quite a bit of noise from the road and also I got woken several times through the night by the noise of next-door room. I found that there was poor TV reception on some stations (such as BBC1) and the remote control would not switch the TV off and volume buttons and some other buttons did not respond. The keys provided would not open the main front door and room key (No.18) was not easy to operate. Otherwise, my morning shower was good with soap and gel provided,.and the three staff I met were very nice.

Good location. Clean and tidy however noticeably dated. Shower was low pressure and window was damaged with wooden panel over broken pane. Overall happy for the money and location.

It’s an ok place
If you’re looking for somewhere to stay it’s good. It’s very simple, old, needs updating but functionable to save money. It’s walking distance to many places. Staff is very helpful & courteous.

10min walk from Euston. We were able to check in early on route to Covent Garden. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable.

Staff were excellent. Great area. Rooms were awful. Only one key for multiple people. Black mold in the shower. Terrible beds. No ability to control room temperature. Bathroom so small you had to open the door to restroom to get out of the shower. Lovely old home, ruined with how they created crappy little rooms.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at… no water pressure, no hot water at all one day. Smell of sewerage wafted up through toilet, wifi virtually non existent. Uneven floor, tiny double bed. Management didn’t bother to return emails. Was offered a bucket of hot water when the shower failed. One redeeming feature was location.

The location is near to train station and amenities. The staff are friendly and Sqar the new management was very nice and accommodating. The room are small and old but the price is very affordable, considering its in the city of London. The only thing is the washroom its too small, you cant dress up inside the washroom and For peole that is plus-sizes the bathroom are too small.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
I have stayed in literally thousands of hotels whilst on business and I can say hands down this is the worst. It's like a youth hostel. 1. Bed super uncomfortable and questionable 2. TV had one channel, no remote control and the arial didn't work properly so the picture kept cutting out. 3. Shower luke warm and no more than a trickle at best When you walk into a room, if the picture below is what you want to be welcomed with then go for it, I suspect many people wouldn't, and to then be charged £145 just added insult to injury. Book at your peril - hopefully it will be condemned soon.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, but you're not going to want to hang out here. Very small rooms crammed awkwardly into an otherwise charming building; cant leave window open in ground floor rooms so it was a bit hot.

WARM WELCOME DESPITE LATE BOOKING
We made a reservation late in the evening following cancellation of all trains to our home town. The hotel night porter was extremely obliging and, despite the late hour, enabled us to settle in smoothly, for which we were very grateful. The accommodation was clean and adequate. we were told that the hotel is due to undergo a refurbishment which would certainly enhance the experience.

We expected the hotel to be run down and it was but we booked it anyways because we wanted to be in the middle of the of the city on a budget. The hotel did its intended job. The one issue we had for our 5 day stay was we asked at night if someone could look after our luggage the next day since checkout was at 10:30 and we didn’t have to leave for the airport until 1. The purpose was so we didn’t just have to sit on luggage for hours. They said that would be fine but the man in the morning was rude and hostile about it. He said we can just leave our bags in the hall and if their taken it wasn’t his problem. He didn’t care that someone said it was ok, he wouldn’t give us a late check out for any reason and kept telling all the guests the same thing so everyone would know that the luggage was free game. He pretty much ruined out last morning in London.

Lovely park nearby called Gordon Square and decent transport links. Stayed for 3 nights on a bank holiday weekend leading into half term so the price was very decent however it came with a lot of downsides The room was very small, photos were deceptive/did not reflect the room I was given. There were no towels in the room when I arrived but didn’t realise for hours as I have to rush in and out to get somewhere and didn’t notice until I got out of the shower afterwards. Houskeeping turned up the next day asking if I wanted fresh towels so I got some but didn’t have a chance to have a shower after that. The housekeeping lady was nice. My room was right opposite the entrance and the hallway and at the top of the stairs down to reception and my keyhole had no cover so anyone could look in as could anyone looking from the properties at the back as the bathroom only had a thin net curtain (which I didn’t notice until after my shower). Felt very violating The wallpaper was peeling as was the bathroom ceiling. The curtains in the room didn’t reach bottom of window so let a lot of light in waking me up in morning Little to no storage except a hanging rail you can’t access due to the desk Very thin ceiling/can beat every step above People having full volume/argument with management right outside my door gone midnight even though reception is downstairs Paintings being out back up noisily in the early hours. Good if you don’t want a shower or privacy or lots of sleep

Well positioned close to Euston station and not far from Regents Park. The building inside is old but reasonably well maintained. The bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ensuite was ok although the door would not close firmly. There were flies in the room on arrival but these were dealt with immediately. Staff were available to help but not over welcoming.

I will not return.
Small room and very small toilet. Very noisy during nighttime, both from traffic and other guests. Door in the entry very noisy (next to my room). My bed was made 1 time in 5 days. No changing of bed chlothes. No breakfast. I will not return.

Do not recommend
Water pressure was really bad, boiler wouldn’t heat up the water properly. Hotel needs to have some renovations, extremely expensive for what you get. The toilet door wouldn’t close it. Very thin walls, you can hear everything. Location was great.
