This hotel worked fine for what we needed-just 1 night layover. The hotel itself is great. It’s been refreshed nicely and sits on top of a classic pub. The location is the issue. It’s right at a busy bus stop and the area isn’t great. But the staff was very nice and in another location this would be an excellent option.

It was a last minute work trip and I decided to book an extra few days to check out London. It's a bit far from London via transit but has all the connecting tunes and busses in the area. Exploring acton was actually quite fun and the area is nice. Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms are cleanly!

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The place looks like it had been remodeled since the bar has a separate entrance after closing.

Very friendly check in. Arrived at 1045PM. Restaurants in the area close at 11PM. Hotel has bar open for hotel guests 24 hours. That was a nice welcome and touch.

Awful room. Paid for 215 sq ft. It was only 80sq ft! No window or vent. Kitchen closed. The on street parking was not available. Had to pay at a car park. When switched on bathroom light it switched on the bedroom light too. Safe and fridge didn't work. Wardrobe too full to put clothes in. Had to walk sideways between bed and wall. We give it 1 star for managing to squeeze a bed into the room.
