The hotel rooms were beautiful and had a comfortable bed. A helpful and warm staff, great fitness center and great bar and restaurant. The hotel was located in Covent Garden which is a great area for shopping, walking to the theater, sightseeing and has many restaurants.
The staff was welcoming and hospitable. Each request was met quickly and kindly. The suite was well appointed and had all that a traveler could want. It really is a lovely hotel. The only negative would be how dark the hall ways are as you walk to your room.
