This hotel is dated. There was mold around the shower area. The room was dark. Also, the decor needs updating. The decorative pillows did not match the decor and were ugly. My main complaint is the poor quality breakfast. This was a bare bones offering. When you are paying this much for a hotel you expect much more!

The door between bedroom and bathroom was very squeaky when we opened it. The one bed had a lot of little hairs on it. Didn’t look clean.

Check in was at 4, we arrived at 430 and our room was not ready. They told us 15 min wait so we waited 15 mins then went back up to the desk to check and they said it would be another 30 minutes before a room was ready for us. This was very inconvenient as we had a concert to go to and needed to get into our room to get ready. Also when we asked if parking was free they told us it was "paid" we thought this meant that the parking was included in the hotel fee, however, we later found out that parking was $32.They ended up waiving the parking fee but i dont really think that is sufficient enough for having us wait almost an hour and a half past check in time for a room to be available. Very dissatisfied with this experience and wouldnt stay here again

Beware. Noise outside the hotel at the restaurants across the street is really loud even past 11pm. Mentioned this to front desk as well.

I believed the Park to be a little more upscale then it was for the price staying at boutique hotels recently for less the price per night. Some things a little upgraded but some outdated and not fitting , not cares for . Some amenities missing simple things like a pen needed or blanket . Room was good but not great . Free breakfast was pretty standard
