Tub is extremely high and therefore dangerous to get into and out of. Bed was not comfortable. Limited number of outlets for electronic devices. Two faucets for the sink. Room doors are extremely old and battered. This hotel needs to be modernized. The one great thing was the staff. They were extremely pleasant and did their best to assist in resolving issues.

The property is convenient to everywhere. A more quiet area is London which was nice. Hotel does not have A/C so when windows are open it can be loud

Good central London location. Room was adequate for our needs. Lots of groups staying here so lobby/check-in is always busy. Concierge staff was very helpful with express check-in, arranging airport transfer, etc.
