Beautiful hotel, one of London's traditions

Great hotel, room was amazing, the style of the hotel and he staff really matches. Excellent service and brilliant atmosphere in the American bar for cocktails.

Classic London Hotel

Beautiful historic hotel with excellent service. Great location for being able to walk along the River to the major sights, and also close the Covent Garden and Theatre district. We stayed with our 6 year old daughter and they had a stuffed animal and a tray of sweets in the room for her....big smile to her face.

Service with a smile!

Pros: Everything including the beautiful fresh flowers and the staff!
Cons: Not a thing!
Location: Near the river and the theaters, Covent Garden and several nice restaurants !
The hotel staff exemplifies good service; we wanted for nothing while there!

First class on the strand

Amazing in every way, just watch the online checkout as we did it and ten minutes after the cleaners were at our door while my wife was still getting ready. We were still waiting for the bill to come through, but other than that it was faultless visit
