Hotel de La realeza

Pros: La atencion personalizada, la historia del mismo y el excelente gusto en la decoracion de la habitacion
El hotel tuvo una renovacion hace un par de años y quedo increible, el perosnal es super atento y el servicio extra personalizado, la habitacion con un gusto exquisito digno de la realeza que por cierto suele hospedarse ahi. La ubicacion es excelente, se encuentra a unos metros del puento de Watreloo, London Eye y de Westminster.

Old fashioned hotel. Very glitzy and touristy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Busy area. Rooms kind of old, but nice big bathrooms and decent linens on the bed.

ハイティーをした時のアジア人の若いボーイ(中国人?)の態度が良くなかった 欧米系のお客達には親切丁寧だったが日本人やアジア系のお客には見下げた様な大変失礼な態度だった

テムズ川やロンドンアイやビックベンが目の前に広がり、設備もサービスも最高のホテルでした。 日本人の親切なコンシェルジュもおり、いろいろ手配をしていただき、すごくロンドンを楽しめました。

Lovely hotel facilities, lousy staff

Room was not ready for 3 hours... Check out was delayed because they couldn't get the luggage to the fro t door promptly... Staff seemed a little arrogant... Concierge-arranged driver from airport was stopped by police (while we were in car) for a traffic ticket (cell phone usage while driving) (he was answering call from hotel staff...)
