Room was not ready for 3 hours...
Check out was delayed because they couldn't get the luggage to the fro t door promptly...
Staff seemed a little arrogant...
Concierge-arranged driver from airport was stopped by police (while we were in car) for a traffic ticket (cell phone usage while driving) (he was answering call from hotel staff...)
