We had a wonderful experience at the Stratford Hotel. The hotel was located where it was very convenient to travel using the trains and going to the mall and restaurants The room and room service were excellent. We ate breakfast every day at the hotel. The food was delicious and lots of variety, The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely one night stay in a double double room sleeping 3 adults. Large room with great shower. Convenient for shopping in Westfield and enjoying the Olympic Park. Parking in the International car park is cheaper than Westfield parking.

One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Slept soundly, didn’t wake up once until my alarm went off, actually I wonder where they get their mattress from because I’d like one myself! Very convenient location next to the Westfield shopping centre and rails, making travel to other parts of London no problem. Although I didn’t try their restaurant, there were lots of options at this location, deciding what to eat will never be boring.

Very nice hotel, room was perfect exactly what we needed for one night stay. If staying longer you may need more space. My only comment on the room would be on the water pressure in the shower, this could be greatly improved. When we were checking in there was extremely loud music being played in the restaurant. Seems like that was usual. We decided not to stay downstairs for a drink as it was far too loud we couldn’t hear each other speak.

There were 2 issues. The first one was the lack of hot water that took a while to resolve. This meant not being able to freshen up when I got to the hotel to have a light lunch downstairs . That also meant delaying the dinner time at an external restaurant. The air conditioning came up as the wall screen box to use to increase or decrease didn't work as one member of the staff tried to help me & confirmed it was faulty. He had brought me a spare duvet to keep me warm in the meantime. Also it was the first time ever that the air conditioning was very noisy around 11. 30pm till midnight as was quite loud to hear the TV programme.
