Beautiful hotel, great location, awesome staff.Posted Sep 25, 2015
Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, lovely decor. Great location, literally on the square, tube less than 5 minutes away. Awesome staff, polite, courteous and not in your face.

Perfect London HotelPosted Aug 31, 2015
We toured the UK over 2 weeks and this was our best hotel including our best value hotel. We stayed here 4 nights. It is in an ideal location for doing tourist stuff. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - the best I have ever encountered at any hotel anywhere. Gianna in particular was a joy to work with. They have a wonderful breakfast laid out each morning. A very nice workout room with a Concept 2 rowing machine. The room was very nice and worked well for our family of 4 (which is hard to find in London). The bathroom in particular was very nice and had a fantastic shower. WARNING: If you stay here avoid going into The Admiralty Restaurant next door at all costs! I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveler.

Good hotel and very central.Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Central location, friendly staff and breakfast included...
Cons: The breakfast room... Quite small and the furniture was old...
Location: Fantastic location for central London... Plenty to do and see within walking distance but convenient for public transport... Restaurants and 'pubs cls
Fast check-in and friendly staff welcomed us to this large but well decorated hotel... The room was clean and well fitted out with a large bathroom... The breakfast was basic but well served and there was enough to eat and drink... The roof-top bar was spectacular, if a little expensive... On the whole, good value for money...

Short London StayPosted Aug 23, 2015
The Hotel is perfectly located as it is across the street from Trafalgar Square and central to all the attractions that are must sees in London. A few steps from Charing Cross underground. The hotel staff front desk staff were excellent at answering questions, providing good directions and helping with securing tickets to attractions & events. The hotel room was a good size with a king size bed however they rooms have seen a lot of guests and although clean are beginning to show there age. I would rate the hotel no better than 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

Rooms are a little tired and lacks High End feel.Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: location was good
Cons: Cleanliness, Lighting, Noise level
I found the rooms a little tired and very dark . The mattress was quite hard so not too comfortable and the bathroom was a bit tired looking and it is always lovely to find other peoples long dark hair on your towels! I think the worst issue was how thin the walls were I could hear every detail of my neighbours conversations and was woken a few times with shouting during the night. I expected better from the website and star rating. Don't think I would go back here or recommend it to others. I have had far better hotel experiences.

Excellent hotel location with a good viewPosted Aug 2, 2015
We were pleasantly surprised to see what a great location this hotel was situated in. It overlooked trafalger square and was minutes walking to all kinds of attractions. The hotel was very nice with attentive staff and good amenities although I did feel our room was a little outdated. Aside from that it was clean and we had a great experience overall One thing : double check when you book that your rate includes a breakfast as we discovered that the complimentary breakfast was not included with Expedia bookings. The hotel did take care of us and gave us the breakfast anyway but it wasn't initially included as indicated in the Expedia booking.

Great hotel centrally located in London!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: What I like the most was the fact that it was centrally located and the room with the view of Trafalgar Square. Also, the staff was the best!
Cons: The decor in the room could be better. More power connections on both sides of the bed.
Location: Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and The London Eye were within walking distance as well as Covent Garden.
During my trip to London on July 9th-12th 2015, I had a pleasant experience at the Trafalgar Hotel located in Trafalgar Square. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.
