Nice "Boutique" Hotel near Euston Station

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: The Hotel is direct by Euston Station. Surprizingly the hotel is not loud. Ideal if you have to get an early morning Train the next day.
Cons: Yes, the air conditioning System control in the room. The System works very well, but you Need a "degree" to turn the machine off! However, the staff!
Location: Direct by Euston Station. Also the British Library, and naturely St Pancras and Kings Cross stations.
The Hotel is in a nice "neben" street by Euston Station. I had a short time in London, as I was on a early morning Train the next day. Hotel rooms are nice.

Great location

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Location, the room great design and clean. I arrived before the check in time to leave my luggage and they allowed me to check in early.
Cons: Check out process - one staff member asking if i'm checking out in the corridor as I leave you room way before the check out time.
Location: It is a 5 minute walk from Euston station so easy tube access and about 25 minute walk to Oxford Street. Very easy to get everywhere.
Overall a pleasant experience, I would stay here again. I was happy with the location, cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole. I thought the room layout was stylish and nicely laid out. Would recommend.

Really friendly staff who are helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. The great thing is that it's so close to Euston station which makes travelling so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely book again.

Posted Aug 22, 2015

Fantastic hotel in a good location

Posted Aug 19, 2015
An amazing hotel really close to tube lines for easy access to all London. The included breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked as well as healthy, or as healthy as you choose to make it! An overall great hotel for a weekend in the city!

Great Experience with long stay

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Service is excellent
My room was fantastic with beautifully renovated bathroom, nice view to the sky facing Euston Street which with double windows was very quiet and friendly touches like tea, coffee, cookies etc. in the room with a great British pot for boiling water. The room was a great refuge after full days of busy touring. But, in this hotel, you must take care with the choice of room as the rooms are definitely not all the same quality. I looked at several before settling on my room and counsel anyone staying at the Wesley to do the same. The other rooms I saw were not of the same caliber. The management knows the rooms and their hiccups so being careful at the outset really paid off.

Laut und winzig

Posted Aug 14, 2015

Friendly staff, great for Euston/St Pancras

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Booked a 1 night stay recently. Room didn't have working A/C, when I brought this to the attention of reception the offered us another room immediately and apologised. Second room, the lighting didn't work and again, when this was brought to the attention of the staff, they sent someone to look right away and fixed the issue within minutes (turned out a switch had tripped). After this initial hiccup, the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was hot and the staff (especially the chef!) made you feel very welcome.

Conveniently located and good value

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Located only one block from the Euston Street Tube/train station the Wesley's location can't be beat. Walk to the British Library. Major bus routes all around. Wonderful local pub, The Breelouise, only half block down with great classic pub grub. Hotel is recently renovated and has a beautiful lobby area. Fairly accessible for those with mobility issues. Hotel restaurant was pretty but the prices looked a bit steep so we never tried it. Hotel staff were unfailingly polite and professional. Minor issues (ask for a non-slip matt for the shower) were dealt with. Our room, a double twin on the third floor was actually fairly spacious for your typical European hotel room, with a wedged in shower. The beds were springy but I found them comfortable. Great blackout blinds. Good closet space. Only two power outlets was a disappointment, but the free wifi was strong and reliable. Only real issue was when the aircon went out the last night and I had to wrangle with the night staff to get a new room. I wish they had been better at informing us. All in all a good solid choice and good value for the money.
