Hotel close to Oxford street

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: There should be an escalator or a lift going to the ground floor so that your able to carry heavy suitcases without having to drag them the downstair
Location: Close to oxford street, in fact the hotel is behind Oxford street. Great for shopping and great for using the tube.
The hotel was in a great location, just disappointing there was no other alternative to getting your heavy suitcases down to the ground floor other than carrying them down 2 flights of stairs. It is also disappointing hotel staff located in the lobby on the 1st floor supposedly put there by the hotel to assist people with queries have absolutely no idea about the surroundings of the hotel and basically cannot assist you in anyway. We were also advised on check in our room would be overlooking the garden. This was not the case, the room looked straight into another building, there was no garden. The rooms however were spacious and the location was amazing. Over all a nice stay.

Pros: I use this hotel three to four times per year when on business in London. Alwats excellent service as well as the excellent central location
Location: Excellent location
Facilities: Unpretentious, Didnt use any facilities; Value: Affordable, normal 4 star pricing; Service: Professional, Courteous, Good service levels; Cleanliness: Spotless, Immaculate, Rooms serviced every day ; Watch out for gypsies who now gather near Marble Arch station and the innediate area. Edgeware Rd is a must for fantatstic middle eastern dining.
