The most terrifying and horrible experience i could ever imagine. First, the problem was the room size. I felt like in cage for animals. Then i thought that i could upgrade my room if i pay extra and went for reception. I was as nice as possible when i was asking for a room, i explained that the room showed in the booking site and this room does not match, but the Indian lady (probably the administratorof the hotel) just started yelling at me and said that i shouldn't be so stupid to ask such thing from them, considering that it was a pick season. Also she said that i am thrifty that i ordered the cheapest room in their hotel, and she literally said "who asked you to book a room here? We didn't ask you, you did it yourself, go away if you don't like it, that's not our problem it is your problem". When I told her to give me a refund after such declaration, she said that my order is nonrefundable, so i either leave without money and room, or i stay in this cage and with horrible service. I had no time to go over all this dramma, so i calmed myself down just not to spent the night in the street looking for another hotel. I was shocked how she made the simple request of room uprgrade to escalate into a whole conflict in the lobby. I was furious that I was being so disrespected and also chareged so much money for an animal cage.
