From signing in to leaving, the staff were attentive and helpful The rooms and premises were always scrupulously clean and the food and restaurant service was excellent I will be booking this hotel again

Fabulous!
We stayed here for a week as our base for a break in Ulster. Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. It is an ideal base for day trips to around Ulster.

Liked the cleanliness of the property. Bedroom was cold when we arrived and indeed the function room and reception areas were cold as well. Had a very nice breakfast. Staff v friendly and helpful

Nice, comfortable rooms. No elevator for luggage so expect to haul it up some stairs. On-site parking is crowded.

We had a lovely time. Our bedroom was really spacious with a really comfortable bed. The shower room again was very spacious, clean and modern. The food was delicious at breakfast and dinner with a good choice. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the pool and spa.

The Hot Tub charge
Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent food and very comfortable room. We were surprised though on going to the Leisure area that there was an additional charge for use of the Hot Tubs. This took away from what was a very positive experience and reduced the experience from Excellent to Very Good. As an electric car driver, the provision of a car charger at the hotel would be really appreciated

No AC
It's a best Western so by that standard it was ok. Huge issue for us is no AC. The room was extremely hot with no airflow. Understanding that most of Europe doesn't have or heavily use AC but still an issue

No towels in room, shower was cool. Breakfast, we had to sit in bar ,tea an toast was cool by the time we got food as they ran out of food.Had to ask for everything no milk,butter,salt pepper an sauce. Very disappointed as there was 6 of us stay.

A warm welcome at the White Horse
Room was spacious and very clean. The reception areas were also spotless. Leisure facilities were very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Did not use any food or bar facilities so can’t comment on them.
