Very understanding and helpful in accommodating a senior citizen with ambulatory issues. Towels are luxe. Parking in the shade of mature trees was a wonderful treat.

Kate and Dustin are great hosts and serve a delicious breakfast! The Inn is spotless and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect- close to town and Oriental's beautiful waterfront is a pleasant walk just down the street. My room (Bar Harbor) was quiet, comfortable and lovely. I would absolutely book the Inn At Oriental again!

Everyone was so friendly! Very well-kept property. Comfortable beds. Amazing views, in walking distance to local restaurants and shops.

This is a very nice hotel! My only complaint is that I didn’t plan to stay two nights instead of just one here on our road trip. It’s modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Luxury at an affordable price. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always try to stay at hotels that offer a breakfast and the fare is usually pretty good. But this was a cut above, fresh fruit with yogurt honey or strawberry topping, freshly made French toast, a well seasoned frittata to mention a few. Also, the man who made and served the breakfast (I wish I had gotten his name) was so welcoming and friendly. Also, the hotel is located just a 3 block walk to the shops and restaurants of this historic town. Highly recommend.
