Stunning position and pool side relaxing holiday

Nice, clean, basic resort close to the beach

We had a room with a great view. The room was very spacious and clean. The beach out the front of the beach was fantastic. Very clean, warm water. There were limited beach chairs out the front of the beach and around the pool, you need to get in quick to service yours for the day (by quick I mean 7am quick). The food was tasty, wouldn’t rave about it. Now... the staff.. very very poor customer service. They were not helpful in giving us information in the slightest. They really did not look like they wanted to be there. The service to order a drink then actually receive it would take up to 15 mins. The whole ordering a drink/food system needs to be reviewed. There was always a lot of staff standing around doing not much. I wouldn’t recommend this resort if you’ve never been to Phu Quoc, they give you no information even when you ask. Very poor customer service unfortunately

Had a great time here. We were upgraded which helped, but really liked the facilities, beach and location.

Nice beach resort

Pros: My room with a view was great. The pool and the beach area were quite nice.
Cons: Spa services: I made an appointment for a massage at 7 pm. I came down at 6:30 and asked if I could change it to 8. At 8 they wouldn't give me one.
I missed my first night due to my plane being late and missing the flight into Phu Quoc. I arrived early the next morning and they didn't have a room for me. They did put me in a room, they said it was un upgrade. It seemed like a down grade. I was supposed to have a room with the view of the sea and a balcony. I did finally get that and it was quite nice. The staff apologized and was very helpful the rest of my stay. I stayed and extra two days. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice buffet. They assisted me with my Vietnam SIM card and also helped me rent a scooter for the day. The staff was very professional and attentive.

For the first two days we didn't even leave the resort! The staff, the facilities, the room, the food, it was all fantastic!!!

Location not good. Need a taxi to go anywhere.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room size was good. Day staff especially tour staff good.
Cons: Better at organising taxis and advice on best way to pay for taxis. Decent beach bar.
Location: Location was a bit isolated.
No bar facilities just restaurant. Breakfast good. Beach good. Beach bar not open. No others around was disappointing.

Nice hotel on the beach

The hotel was advertised incorrectly to have a gym, it did not (it had been removed). It did have a great outdoor pool to swim laps in. The only problem with the room was that there were too few electrical outlets, and one of these was defective. The restaurant was nice as well. Of course, having beach access was nice.
