Beautiful and rooms big fr family great airport

Great employees .great room .able to cook and enjoy fresh food .hotel staff so helpful .close to the airport and many atractions

Loved the kitchen and close to airport

Pros: Kitchen and to allow pets is very convenient. Close to the event we were attending. Convenient to Costco gas. Close to freeway and airport.
Hotel allows dogs in the room and you can leave them alone in the room. Kitchen was very helpful. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Room had bed bugs

The stay was ok but my room had bed bugs so I wouldn't recommend to others. At check out they said my money would be refunded to me so that's good.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds! Love the kitchette! Nice feature! Their AC machine is wonderful, esp needed on sweltering days!

Hotel needs upgrades

Short staff Asked for some towels - you have to come down to front desk and get yourself. Bed not comfortable Room smells

Very basic

This hotel has very basic amentites and not much else. It was clean and that's it. It supposed to be non-smoking but the room and the halls smelled like smoke. The 'kitchen' has literally nothing in it, if you want a spoon and a plate you have to order them. No housekeeping unless you pay extra. We booked it for my inlaws for a week, and it wasn't cheap...I was embarrassed.

Worst Hotel . Did not njoy stay .

Pros: None
According to Expedia provided info , This Hotel had good stars and was recommended . Following are issues 1. Hotel Rooms were too small 2. None of Kitchen appliances in working Condition. 3. No Staff available. I had to myself collect Kitchen Utensils from front-desk Worst Experience . Not worth of money which i paid and Expedia should not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Nice hotel close to lots of good stuff

Good location. This should be optional I don't have time to write fifty words. I should be allowed to write what I want and not be forced to do a lengthy paragraph at this point I still can't submit. If it doesn't go through this time I am deleting the whole thing

Loved it. Great location, and comfortable.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe area and quiet
Cons: Cleaning the rooms regardless of how long your'e gonna stay. But still not a bad experience :)
Location: Location is great, near the freeway, and airport for people who are coming in from out of town. There's a shell gas station and restaurant nearby.
Loved this hotel. It was in a good area of Long beach, 'm a local resident of Long beach, and needed a place for me and my kids to stay while we were having renovations done at our apartment. I wanted a hotel in a decent area that was clean and safe for me and my kids and this was a perfect place. It was quiet, clean, and with the kitchen in the room it was so convenient to bring groceries and cook there, and saved me lots of money on ordering food for a week. The only downside was that we had to take out our own trash, and rooms weren't cleaned by maid service since we were only there for 3 nights or so, but it wasn't a big deal. I would certainly come back here when and if I need somewhere to stay, and also recommend this hotel when family and friends comes in from out of town.
