Only stayed at this hotel for the location. The customer service wasn't great. The hallways and room were dank and smelly.

Close to the airport, nice hotel.

Breakfast is overrated. Provided only buns with coffee and no place to sit down.

Flat pillows

Pros: Close to our venue
Cons: Better continental breakfast
Nice and close to the Grand next door . Where we attended a wedding. Not what I expected, flat pillows and a lumpy bed.

Extended Stay Long Beach CA near cruise terminal.

Pros: Although few disabled parking, we are able to park on one available disabled parking in front of the building.
Cons: Clean room, fresh beddings, new comforter covers not the old dirty ones. Breakfast with options, tables and chairs to seat. Juices beside tea/coffee.
Location: Extended Stay 4105 E. Willow Drive Long Beach CA-about 10 minutes drive to Long beach cruise terminal, Queen Mary and Aquarium of the pacific.
4105 E. Willow Dr. LB CA, Hotel claims there is breakfast not quite, only free coffee, tea or pack of oatmeal, apples and granola bar and that was it. When we check the beddings there were no mattress covers and the thin bedsheet has rice stuck on it. The pillows covers were so wrinkle that appears has not been changed. Bathroon exhaust fan are covered with dirt. The room has refrigerator, stove, microwave but no cooking or utensils to use. The room smells like musty like wet carpet moldy and they supposed to be non-smoking. Next door rooms have dogs barking all the times. We have restless sleep on disabled non-smoking room closed to the lobby which we ask to stay on the first floor because my husband was disabled and we do not want to be on the 3rd floor as assigned when we book thru expedia book. The staff was shock when we request to changed the beddings. This hotel was not worth to stay at all. We usually like extended stay america hotel. But this one was the worse yet we stayed.

Extended Stay America is meant for those guests who intend to stay longer. A hair dryer is not even provided. TV is not in HD quality. However, upon request, you are provided with full kitchen amenities, as if you are intending on a longer stay. Housekeeping is not on a daily basis.

Staff: excellent customer service. Hotel could improve breakfast menu: suggest more fruits and beverages.

Not recomendable.

Very uncomportable to stay. Beds are start falling apart makes louds spring noise every time you turn your body from left to right. Unpleasant odor. TV too small only have 6 or 7 channels. Internet too slow. Needs to upgrade. Not worth it for the amount I paid.
