Love the Remodel

Really enjoyed our stay. Actually loved all of the changes! Only thing that didn't change is the breakfast service! Horrible service and the buffet was gross!

Pros: Updated and clean
Cons: noise-even on the top floors there is a fair amount of noise due to the highway outside
Very good restaurant on the top floor plus easy access to the freeway/airport.

As a part of the remodeling, we replaced all our guest room windows to double pane windows to control the outside noise. For sensitive guests we have a sleep kit to help you sleep better. If we were informed about the noise, we could've help you sleep better. Thank you,

Convenient location

Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Service in the restaurant
Had a very pleasant experience in the hotel. Got in late night and the staff were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Rooms were very good, excellent location and great facilities. Enjoyed the short stay.

Close to the airport

Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: Something with the sound in the bar and restaurant.
We were leaving on a trip and stayed because we were close to the airport. The accommodations were nice. The restaurant was very loud with people talking loudly in the bar. The spaghetti dinner I received was not good at all. Very bland and spaghetti overcooked. They did give me something else and it was okay.

Friendly Employees but Management needs Training

stayed there for 1 night for business. The Coffee Shop in the Lobby is closed. There is also no free coffee anywhere inside this Hotel except your Room. Had to wait 3 hours for my room because it wasn't ready yet. Staff was very very friendly, the restaurant up on the Penthouse Level was excellent and the service was great. However I believe the Management has to step up and do a better job. C'mon its 2017 and there is no Free Coffee or Water anywhere in the Hotel? Very disappointing.
