The carpet was dirty. The bed was extremely soft which made my back and neck pain right after the first night. There was even cockroach in the room (see the photo attached). The staff was polite and helpful though.

Carpet was disgusting. Staff was very nice.

When they put up tv console they covered half a mirror and half a picture! Wallpaper was peeling. No decaf coffee. I feel bad for the staff. They have to clean a room that they can’t be proud of cleaning. Can’t believe Wynndam owns this place.

It's a motel not a hotel. Dirty looking outside, filthy rugs in the hallways. Checkout is at 11, at 10:55 I was locked out of my room and had to go to front desk. The smoke detector was giving battery low chirps every minute starting at midnight. The man that came said he didn't know how to change it.

Don't stay here

I checked in and then checked out 10 minutes later. Run down motel, the room smelled, everything looked old, and the area doesn't feel safe. They expect you to post your room number on your dashboard of your car, as well as your check in & out date. That doesn't feel safe when you are a women by yourself and your car is the only new one in the parking lot. Left and booked another hotel immediately. The photos are not like the internet ones

Won't stay here again

Pros: Location
Cons: Needs to be remodeled completely, new carpet and paint, grout cleaned, no smoking in rooms enforced.
Location: Great restaurants, bars and a grocery store withing close walking distance. Close to convention center and waterfront.
Filthy carpet, bathroom grout, had to exchange a towel because of black hairs throughout it. Reeked of smoke, had cigarette burns everywhere (walls, comforter, mattress cover, etc.) Super noisy, no insulation between rooms, or to outside - street noise woke us up each morning and we were on the top floor - can't imagine first floor noise. Great location, but not worth the lack of sleep and putting up with dirty, smelly conditions.

WARNING Stay somewhere else!

Cons: everything
Location: Perfect location! Everything nearby
If you like a dirty room, smell of one those funny cigarettes, dirty bathrooms and totally unfriendly staff then this is the Perfect place for you! Walked out that day and will never return. I did not get my $ back.
