Our room had some issues that weren’t dealt with. And some of the stuff taking place in the room next door was sketchy..

Sheraton must not like Expedia members

1. they put me in a room with my headboard next to elevator wall. Only one room on the whole floor shares a wall with the elevator....it's the one they gave me. 2. I paid extra for a breakfast. When you get in the restaurant, they hand you a menu (it's NOT a buffet) and tell you that your ONLY choice is 2 eggs, bacon or sauage and toast!!! That was the ONLY choice off the whole menu!!! 3. I thought Expedia members received upgrades when available....everything we got was a downgrade.

Coolest hotel ever

It's been my 3rd stay I think by far I will always come back to it it's so comfortable me and my partner love it but will come back soon
